Rachel brings over 10 years of experience in a broad range of sectors, including commercial, communal, higher education, hospitality, multi-family, and residential spaces. Rachel joined the AWC team in 2023, where she specializes in workplace ideation, strategy, and 3D visualization.
Jade Franklin
Vice President, Strategy
Jade works with clients to align their business goals with their workplace needs. She is also host of the Work Points Podcast.
In addition to her work with clients, Jade regularly speaks at industry events about future of work, hybrid work and employee experience.
Montgomery Morris
Market President
As the Market President for Alfred Williams & Company in Raleigh, Montgomery Morris leads sales, interior design, customer service and business development for the Triangle region and eastern North Carolina. Previously Director of Market Development for Charlotte and the Triad, Montgomery brings eight years of related experience to the position.

Client Development Execuive
Hana's passion is helping her clients create inspiring workplaces which empower their people to do their best work. Her 11 years of experience in the contract furniture industry has enabled her to become a valuable resource to her clients through all aspects of a project and thereafter.
Savannah Walters
Construction Designer
Savannah is an accomplished professional in the field of interior design, with 1.5 years of experience in residential space planning and furniture sales, Currently, Savannah thrives as a construction designer at AWC, where she specializes in crafting renderings to help clients visualize new and innovative spaces.
Chris Poole
Account Manager & Business Development
Chris joined AWC in 2022, bringing a wide range of management experience in various fields. With a strong background in business management and a track record of success in the hospitality industry, Chris's career path has been marked by his ability to adapt and excel in different roles.
Benton Albritton
Territory Manager - DIRTT
Benton is the North Carolina Territory Manager for DIRTT. For the past four years he has worked exclusively with Alfred Williams and Company in this market to educate clients, contractors and the design community on the benefits of DIRTT interior construction solutions.
Bill Ryan
Operations & Project Manager
Bill has been a member of the Alfred Williams & Company team for over 24 years. He oversees the operations team responsible for installation, distribution, customer owned inventory management and warranty services. Bill’s vast experience has allowed him to perfect the skills needed to identify potential issues and implement a resolution on the spot. Bill is dedicated and driven to provide Operation Excellence to our customers every day.
Julia Neese, RID, NCIDQ
Design Manager
Julia joined the AWC team in 2019 as a Healthcare Designer before becoming the Design Manager in 2021. A graduate of Appalachian State University, Julia worked at A+D firms as both a designer and a project manager prior to joining AWC. Julia supports the AWC design team so they can focus on providing the best possible results for their clients. She believes strongly in teamwork, creativity, and the continued professional growth of her team.

Customer Administrator
Gabriellia’ s career is dedicated to customer service and the customer experience. She is responsible for processing orders and following them through from beginning to end paying close attention to product details, shipping, and deadlines. With a commitment to open communication, Gabriellia works to ensure all phases of the order placing process run smoothly and are handled with the highest standard of customer care in mind.
