SmartSITE can track traditional asset data such as asset value, ownership, date in service, and warranty expiration date. The system is also flexible enough to add other data elements a client might want to track.
All the asset information onsite or in a warehouse is immediately updated in the cloud and available for enterprise wide reporting.
Data
SmartSITE’s Cloud Dashboard allows the creation and assignment of jobs that identity tasks by location and can group assets together for installation. The color-coded workflow guides teams in the field to deliver the right product to the right location.

Using the Request Features in the App, Client facilities teams can request warranty or repair service for a particular product. They can input notes and attach pictures right in the field.
They are also able to quickly request a quote for any existing product and all the product details are automatically included with the request.
SmartSITE can also enable end users to request services from Client’s support teams (Facilities, IT, etc.) with QR code mobile app

With the SIFDIF comparison model for reconfigurations, SmartSITE can automate the comparison of existing inventory onsite or in a warehouse to the new design. It then creates a list of re-usable product for the reconfiguration; improving re-use while reducing time to design.
