POLICIES & PROTOCOLS
Mail & Messenger Center (MMC) The 50 Hudson Yards MMC is located on the Cellar Level. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Messengers and caterers that are not in a vehicle will enter via the MMC entrance only, located on West 33rd Street. To help facilitate and expedite deliveries, please instruct delivery services to clearly indicate the name of the company and individual – along with the respective Tenant floor – that is to receive the package.

What are the packing & move instructions?
No, your Truist badge will have building and appropriate Truist suite access added to it.
Do I need a new badge for access to the building or my suite?

What is the Truist website for 50 Hudson Yards?
No, offices and workstations are equipped with powered sit-to-stand surfaces. This is no need to pack or bring a Varidesk.
Can I move my Varidesk over?
For mail and package delivery services such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, the preferred mailing address is: 505 West 33rd Street, New York, NY 10001. If “50 Hudson Yards” is provided, it will also be routed correctly. Please include our company and the floor as in the example below: Jane Smith Truist 505 West 33rd Street 69th Floor/70th Floor New York, NY 10001 For messenger service, please provide the address 515 West 33rd street, New York N.Y. (South Entrance which provides access to building Messenger Center).
What is our mailing address?
Take the stairs or escalator in the main lobby up to the 2nd floor. This is where the Truist entrance and turnstiles are located. Use your Truist badge at the turnstile to take the elevator up to the 32nd floor Sky Lobby. This first elevator is a shuttle to the Sky Lobby. From the Sky Lobby, you will take another set of elevators up to either the 69th or 70th floor.
I made it to 50 Hudson Yards. How do I get up to the Truist 69th or 70th floors?
50 Hudson Yards has a Starbucks located in the lower level between the Subway access and tunnel to other Hudson Yards properties. Keurig machines are installed in community centers on the 69th and 70th floors.
What is the coffee situation?
Located behind the Community Center nearest the Truist cube on the 69th floor, the Micro Market will have snacks, drinks, and treats available for self-checkout.
What is the vending situation?
All printers are new with new IP addresses, so each teammate will have to map to their computer to a printer in order to print. Locate the printer nearest to your workspace, record the IP address, then search “Truist Printer Manager” on your desktop to open the configuration manager. Enter the IP address and follow the steps on screen to complete configuration.
How do I connect to a printer?
Please provide your chosen food delivery service with instructions to deliver your order to the “50 Hudson Yards Mail and Messenger Center.” The MMC will receive and hold your order is held for timely pickup. The MMC is located on the Cellar Level of 50 Hudson Yards.
How can I get my Door Dash/Uber Eats/etc. delivery?
All catering orders delivered via food carts or otherwise hand-delivered must be scheduled through SV3 Vendor and must enter through the Mail and Messenger Center located on the Cellar Level. For any catering order that is required to be delivered to Truist’s 69th or 70th floor, a Truist representative must meet and greet the delivery person at the MMC and escort them upstairs using the designated Service Elevators. Tenant employees may reach the MMC using Service Elevator S1, or via Lobby cars J1 and J2. Once the delivery is made, the catering employee must be escorted back downstairs to the MMC and observed exiting the building.
How can I get my catering order?
There are three rubbish removals scheduled on a daily basis: once for dry trash, once for wet trash, and once for cardboard. Please submit a Prism ticket for bulk rubbish removal services.
What is the trash removal schedule?
Yes, look for a designated recycling bin to recycle paper, plastic, metal, glass, and cardboard. Paper placed in Iron Mountain shred bins is recycled.
Does the building have recycling?
No, these are against the Truist fire prevention guidelines and also against Hudson Yards policy due to fire risk.
Can I bring in a toaster, toaster oven, or other appliance?

Contact an admin who has access to the building’s SV3 system to register a visitor. Please note this will only provision access to get through the turnstiles. Visitors will need a Truist Temporary Access Card provided by an admin or to be escorted by a Truist teammate through restricted areas.

50 Hudson Yards is managed by Related. Key contacts are listed in the Tenant Manual or you can visit the Related office located on the Cellar Level of the building to speak with someone in person Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Who is my property management team?
Work orders: Prism https://connect.buildingengines.com/login Work order system for requesting building badge access, spill clean ups, after-hours heating/cooling, etc. Note that most requests will have a charge associated.
What are the different building systems?

Visitors: SV3 http://hy-visitor.sv3.us/ SV3 Visitor allows you to register visitors; employees without badges; event / catering / media staff that are not making deliveries; and contractors / vendors that are not making deliveries.
Visiting Vehicles: SV3 https://hy-vehicle.sv3.us SV3 Vehicle & Vendor allows you to register vehicle deliveries; event / catering / media staff that are making deliveries; and contractors / vendors that are making deliveries.
Vendors/Contractors: Wrike https://www.wrike.com/login/ Wrike is used for the property management team to review and permit work by vendors or contractors in the building.
Certain users have been registered. If you would like to register to use the building SV3, Prism or Wrike system yourself, contact property management.
How can I access the different building systems?
First, request a new badge through Truist Card Access Request. Once you receive the Truist badge, complete (or ask an admin to complete) a request in the building’s Prism system for “badge access only” to add building access to an existing badge. Provide the numbers on the back of the badge (Prox ID), not the number under the teammate’s name on the front of the card (Badge #). The Prox ID is also listed under “My Access” in the Card Access Request dashboard.
I’m hiring a new teammate. How should I get them a badge?
Normal hours for heating/cooling are M-F 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. If your event is outside of those hours, a request should be completed through the building’s Prism system for after-hours service.
I’m scheduling an event after-hours. Do I need to request after-hours heating/air conditioning?
