"I would like to thank Georgia for a resounding victory! Winning every county in our State and securing over 1 million votes is the honor of a lifetime. I recognize this seat belongs to you, each citizen. I vow to continue to work with integrity and in excellence."
"I didn’t have the money to win but I had the fortitude to try. I became the first woman and minority to formally seek this position via election without first being appointed. I have always wanted to serve on the Georgia Supreme Court. I experienced a lot of obstacles and discouragement leading up to qualifying and throughout the process. I am humbly proud of the effort I made with less than $5,000.00 (five thousand) to run this Statewide race and with no transportation of my own. I sacrificed funds for a much needed car to invest in my future as a judge. I paid my own qualifying fee of $5,373.36.A lot has occurred over the last ten years to limit my ability to earn the type of living I deserved and to pursue opportunities I desire, I hope such will change soon. I dedicate my efforts to the memory of my deceased mother and father. I made history by formally pursuing this effort via election as a woman and minority without first being appointed; I did not win. I tried. I desired to better the Georgia Supreme Court via my experiences and diversity."

"While this was not the outcome I anticipated, I am full of gratitude for a process that was full of purpose, love, support, energy, and joy! I thank GOD for purpose, faith, boldness and courage, without which none of this would have been possible! I am thankful for all of those who voted, donated, volunteered, endorsed, encouraged, and spread the word, because you know that experience matters, and justice requires experience! I am especially appreciative of my husband and daughters who wholeheartedly supported me in this endeavor; I have committed myself to service because I want my family, and all our families, to be strong, safe, and live in thriving communities! I am extremely proud of my team – Fred Hicks of HEG LLC, Shannon Marietta, Anthony Benton – and the campaign we ran with integrity and based strictly on facts. I will continue my service as a Juvenile Court Judge and work to fortify children and families to help develop strong children, who are contributing citizens, and have meaningful opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive! I wish Chuck Eaton well, because I know how important the role of Fulton County Superior Court Judge is to individuals, our community, and our State."

"It is encouraging and humbling to see that voters recognized and appreciated my 30+ years of public service, including the last five as a Superior Court judge. It is truly an honor to serve the county and communities I call home. I would like to say a special thank you to my campaign co-chairs Governor Roy Barnes, Former Chief Justice Harold Melton, attorney Allegra Lawrence Hardy, and Richad Robbins. I would like to say a special thank you to Governor Nathan Deal and Senator Jason Carter for also lending their support to me. Thank you to all of my endorsers, donors and the more than 150,000 Fulton County residents who exercised their right to vote."

“I would like to thank my campaign co-chairs for lending their time, energy, name, and financial assistance. They were key in making this win possible. I also want to thank the entire legal community for their generosity and steadfast support. We had a number of endorsements from elected officials across the entire political spectrum, as well as from fantastic organizations like the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, and the Fraternal Order of Police. Those endorsements really helped inform voters about my commitment to keeping Cobb safe while being fair and protecting access to justice. Lastly, I would like to thank entire Cobb county community. I am grateful that hard work, dedication, and having a record to run on was rewarded by the voters.”

"We are very proud of the race we ran. Unfortunately, the result wasn't what we wanted, but our efforts were great. We wish those continuing on our very best."
"I'm proud of what I accomplished during my campaign and want to express my sincere thanks to everyone who supported me. This has been an amazing experience that has instilled in me an even deeper appreciation for my community. Fortunately, Cobb County always seems to draw so many great judicial candidates. No matter who wins, the county and bench will be in good hands."
"When I announced nearly six months ago that I would be running for Cobb County Superior Court Judge, I was so very thankful that my amazing wife, Stephany, was right by my side and 100% on board. We knew an open judicial race would draw a lot of candidates to succeed the Honorable Robert Flournoy, III. Ultimately, there were five qualified candidates in this race. We were able to bring a positive message to Cobb County despite being outraised by a number of my opponents, providing us the opportunity to be on the ballot again for the runoff. I am committed to fair and equal administration of justice, and I will follow the law. I look forward to the runoff to be our next Cobb County Superior Court Judge."
"I am beyond blessed and thankful for the support from so many of our Cobb County voters. As someone who has lived in Cobb County for 25 years, I am humbled and thankful to have so much support from my neighbors, and for them making me the top vote earner. I currently serve as a Magistrate Judge, and worked across three jurisdictions throughout my 15 year public service career. That experience gives me a unique perspective and set of qualifications that voters recognized. I know that there is a lot of work to do over the next four weeks, but I want to take a moment to simply say thank you everyone. Thank you!"
RUNOFF CANDIDATE
Douglas Judicial Circuit Superior Court
Judge Cynthia Adams
Corey Martin
Ryan C. Williams
"When I was appointed to serve the citizens of Douglas County, I promised to be respectful to everyone who came before the court, to be efficient in dealing with my cases, and above all to be a fair and impartial jurist. For the second time since my appointment - first in 2018 when I ran unopposed, and now again with opposition - the citizens of Douglas County have spoken. The results have overwhelmingly affirmed the work I’m doing on the bench, and I am so grateful for their vote of confidence. So, on behalf of the people I will continue to preside over the Douglas County Mental Health Court (HOPE Court Program); I will continue to efficiently move cases; and I will continue to be a respectful, fair and impartial jurist. I look forward to all the new programs we have in the pipeline to make Douglas County a safe place to live, play, and raise our families."
"I'd like to congratulate Judge Adams on her re-election and acknowledge Mr. Martin for a well-run race. Having judicial representation that reflects the growth of Douglas County is critical to improving our justice system, and I am proud to have run alongside two distinguished leaders. Although I withdrew from the race, I think the results show that our campaign resonated strongly with voters, and Douglas County is ready for real, sensible, and impartial judicial representation on the bench. I look forward to making that a priority in my campaign for Chief Magistrate Judge."
