This toolkit was built to help you communicate with your employees about the leading causes of disability, while challenging them to take preventive action and live healthy. We have provided digital and printable assets for each of the topics below to help you engage your employees in a disability prevention challenge over the course of six weeks. Allowing two weeks to focus on each topic will give your employees time to create healthy habits.

Weeks 1 & 2 — Musculoskeletal conditions
Since musculoskeletal conditions are a main driver of disability worldwide, the first two weeks of the disability prevention challenge focus on how employees should take care of their musculoskeletal health and why it’s important.1
Weeks 3 & 4 — Chronic disease
Mental health disorders like depression are one of the main contributors to disability across the globe.3 In the final phase of the challenge, share resources to help your employees make mental health care part of their regular routine.
