A survey launched in the midst of a global pandemic
There is a stark contrast between 2019’s top benefits concern around attraction and retention of talent—reflecting the record low unemployment rate for the healthcare industry—and 2020’s top benefits concern to mitigate rising costs for the employer—reflecting health systems recovering from the financial impact of COVID-19.
Our survey identifies tactics that health systems are using to address both rising healthcare costs as well as attraction and retention of talent through a competitive benefits package.
