Dr. Sinha is the CEO & Managing Director of The Tata Power Company Limited (TPC, Mumbai), India’s largest integrated power utility. He has nearly 36 years of experience in Power Generation and Distribution sector in India.
Prior to his present role, Dr. Sinha had served as the CEO & Managing Director of Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL), a Public Private Partnership with Delhi Government. He is a qualified Electrical Engineer and has done Master’s in Business Law from National Law University, Bangalore. He has also done his PhD. from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Dr. Sinha is a visiting Research Associate at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Boston, USA and is also a distinguished Visiting Scholar at the Faculty of Engineering and Architectural Science, Ryerson University, Canada.
He is a regular speaker in various forums in India and abroad, including World Bank, Niti Aayog, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and Rockefeller Foundation. He is also the Co-Chairman of the CII National Committee on Power and various industry bodies.

Greg Case is Chief Executive Officer of Aon plc and is a member of the company's Board of Directors. Before joining Aon, he served on the governing Shareholders' Council at McKinsey & Company, a leading international management consulting firm, and led their Global Insurance and Financial Services Practice. Prior to McKinsey, he worked for the investment banking firm of Piper, Jaffray and Hopwood and at the Federal Reserve Bank.
Greg holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude from Kansas State University. He serves on the boards of Discover Financial Services, Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital, Field Museum of Natural History, CEOs Against Cancer and St. John's University School of Risk Management.
Greg was named by the Harvard Business Review as one of the top 100 best performing CEOs in the world in 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016 and 2014.

Prior to Vena Energy, Nitin was President and Chief Executive Officer of Materia, a speciality materials company he positioned for rapid growth through strategic partnerships and expansion of the company’s manufacturing footprint.
In the past, Nitin also worked for over 25-years at SABIC and General Electric, in assignments spanning profit-and-loss leadership, marketing, innovation, supply-chain management, Six Sigma, manufacturing and product management.
Nitin graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology in Mumbai, with a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical engineering. He also holds M.S. and MBA degrees from Ohio State University in the United States.

As someone who has built and continues to build businesses and lead teams from start-up to IPO, Azran passionately believes that organisations and corporations can deploy similar structures, focus and creativity that single-minded entrepreneurs have used to create break-through business models and innovative products and services.
Azran is currently the founder of Naluri, a digital health technology company providing a cost-effective, accessible digital solution to provide mental health and wellness support. He is active in the internet technology space as a co-founder and investor to iflix, MoneyMatch, Cognifyx, and YellowPorter. He was previously CEO of iflix in Malaysia and its Group COO – a disruptive internet television video-on-demand service that was launched in 2015, and now operates across over 30 markets across Asia, Middle East and Africa.
Prior to that, Azran was the founding CEO of AirAsia X, the world’s pioneer low-cost long-haul airline. He led the start-up team that developed the business plan, raised capital, secured relevant licenses, and launched AirAsia X’s first flight in November 2007. AirAsia X since expanded from one aircraft to 26, employing over 2,500 staff, and approximately US$1 billion in annual revenue in 2014.

At global parent company Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC), Chris functions as Deputy Chief Officer, General Administration & Human Resources Group, and the Deputy Chief Officer, Global Risk. Previously, Chris served as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer of TMNA, as well as Group Vice President, Chief Environmental Officer and Corporate Secretary of Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc.
Before joining Toyota in 2007, Chris was a Partner at the law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in New York City, where he also worked as Manager of the New York office’s labour and employment law group. He served as a member of the firm’s advisory board and as chair of the firm’s diversity committee.

Under her leadership, her team has implemented a variety of practical and effective risk management and insurance strategies to meet the idiosyncratic needs of the Group, including those of its subsidiaries in different countries world-wide. With more than 20 years of risk management experience, Wendy strongly believes that dashes of creativity and versatility are subtle but important ingredients in successful risk management.

As Chief People Officer, Lisa is responsible for creating, implementing and leading the strategies that empower Aon’s 50,000 employees across 120 countries to fully align with the client-centric Aon United mission. Lisa leverages her ability to deliver business results as she leads the People Organisation, including culture & change, talent, rewards and diversity, equity & inclusion strategies and their global functions.
Reporting to the CEO, Lisa plays a critical role in overseeing the coaching and executive talent development and succession planning strategies for Aon. In addition to her CPO role, she leads Aon’s Global Human Capital Solutions business which provides clients with a powerful mix of data, analytics and advice to help them make better workforce decisions.
Ronald Cheung

Fung Group
Ronald is the General Manager – Legal & Risk Management in the Fung Group. He looks after the Fung Group’s Logistics business (LF Logistics) and is the head of the Enterprise Risk Management function in the Fung Group. Ronald manages the Group’s exposure to various enterprise risks, including the management of the Group’s insurance portfolio, loss prevention and investigation, trade compliance and data privacy and protection.
Ronald also plays a vital role as part of the Group’s crisis management and business continuity planning network. Ronald has a litigation background and was trained in Clyde & Co Hong Kong and London specialising in maritime disputes and international arbitration.
Lee Murphy

Lee joined FWD in July 2020 and leads People, Organisation and HR strategy. He drives the growth and wellbeing of FWD’s people by developing a culture that is first of all caring whilst also performance driven. Lee brings more than 20 years’ international experience – gained from leading diverse teams across the Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas with companies including Google, Microsoft and Nokia.
Lee has broad experience across a range of industries including transformational, leadership coaching, talent management, inclusion and diversity, and organisational development initiatives. Lee holds a Masters in Business (Employment Relations).

Deborah has been at the forefront of risk analytics for almost 30 years. Her research has been published extensively in academic and professional journals, and she has been honoured as guest speaker at numerous conferences around the world. Deborah authored the book, Risk Financing Strategies – the impact on shareholder value (1999), was a key contributor to The Financial Times Mastering Risk series and served for many years on the editorial advisory board of Corporate Finance Review.
For her work in insurance economics, Deborah was appointed Research Fellow at the University of Oxford. Previous corporate roles include as Co-founder and Principal of Oxford Metrica, Assistant Director at Sedgwick Energy, and risk analyst at Tillinghast.
Deborah holds a BA (Hons) degree in industrial economics with mathematics from the University of Nottingham, and a DPhil from the University of Oxford.

Steve is a Partner for Asia-Pacific in Control Risks’ Global Risk Analysis team, in this role he leads a group of specialists conducting country, sector and regulatory risk assessment work. Prior to this, Steve was the Director of Corporate Investigations for South-East Asia. This remit encompassed joint venture partner/new purchase due diligence, litigation support, discreet enquiries and broader national, provincial and micro-scale political and regulatory risk analysis.
Steve’s recent consulting experience includes:
• Conducted a highly sensitive investigation into government-linked corruption allegations surrounding a major multinational facing sanction by an international financial institution.
• Investigated extortion against a major US multinational.
• Designed and executed numerous joint-venture risk assessments in complex jurisdictions, such as Myanmar, Vietnam and Cambodia.
• Advised multinationals on pre-entry and operational policy for hostile environments in Asia, including in the oil and gas, telecommunications, non-governmental and manufacturing industries.
Steve is a regular BBC, CNN, CNBC, radio and print media commentator on trends in insurgency, political succession, corporate governance and threats to business assets in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as a frequent presenter at regional risk management conferences.
Peter Cheesman

Peter has worked within the reinsurance broking industry for over 22 years both in London and Australia, predominantly involved in the area of data and analytics, specialising in natural catastrophe research and more recently focused toward climate change.
Peter is specialised in the analysis and development of products and models related to natural catastrophes, particularly Asia Pacific earthquakes and flood tools. Peter has provided critical reviews of many of the commercial catastrophe models available today.
Peter has been responsible for the development of many bespoke modelling solutions from property risk through to personal accident assessment, and has headed up various analytics teams in Europe and Asia involved in research and development work for insurance services.

In his previous role as Managing Director, Commercial and Chairman Broking Pacific, James led Aon’s midmarket and SME business across a 39-strong branch network, together with PNG.
James joined Aon in 2005 and has 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, working with major international broking firms in both Australia and London.
Steve Bowen

Steve has had a lifelong fascination with the weather. With a scientific background in meteorology, Steve commenced his professional career in television, before moving into the insurance industry when joining Aon in 2007.
Steve is based in the Impact Forecasting division where his role is focused on helping to communicate the growing risks of natural perils and climate change around the world. A key motivation of his work features the emerging and evolving trends associated with increasing weather volatility, climate change, population and exposure patterns, and natural hazard-related financial losses. He is a frequent collaborator with governmental agencies, academia, and industry groups, and has co-authored several published peer-reviewed journals.
Steve earned his Master of Science in Business Analytics degree from the University of Notre Dame, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology from Florida State University.

Azran is currently the founder of Naluri, a digital health technology company providing a cost-effective, accessible digital solution to provide mental health and wellness support. He is active in the internet technology space as a co-founder and investor to iflix, MoneyMatch, Cognifyx, and YellowPorter. He was previously CEO of iflix in Malaysia and its Group COO – a disruptive internet television video-on-demand service that was launched in 2015, and now operates across over 30 markets across Asia, Middle East and Africa.
Prior to that, Azran was the founding CEO of AirAsia X, the world’s pioneer low-cost long-haul airline. He led the start-up team that developed the business plan, raised capital, secured relevant licenses, and launched AirAsia X’s first flight in November 2007. AirAsia X since expanded from one aircraft to 26, employing over 2,500 staff, and approximately US$1 billion in annual revenue in 2014.

Prior to this, Steve was the Director of Corporate Investigations for South-East Asia. This remit encompassed joint venture partner/new purchase due diligence, litigation support, discreet enquiries and broader national, provincial and micro-scale political and regulatory risk analysis.
Steve’s recent consulting experience includes:
• Conducted a highly sensitive investigation into government-linked corruption allegations surrounding a major multinational facing sanction by an international financial institution.
