He has specific education in Insurance, Reinsurance and Industrial Risks, Personal Insurance and Health & Benefits Management, through courses held in Brazil and at IIA (Insurance Institute of America). Joining Aon in 1990, following a start his his career as a trainee at Alexander & Alexander, in positions Account Manager, Branch Director and Commercial Director. In 2004 he took over as Vice President of Aon Consulting Brasil.
With the acquisition of Hewitt Associates in 2010, in addition to the Vice Presidency of Benefits & Human Capital in Brazil, he also assumed the position of Leader of Aon Hewitt for Latin America.
After 29 years working for Aon Brasil, with the last 6 years as President and CEO at Aon Brasil, Marcelo was invited by our CEO of Aon for Latin America and by our Global Co-President to take on a new and important challenge in his career. At this time, Marcelo joined Aon's Latin American Leadership team as Executive Vice President in the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for the areas of Commercial Risk, Health, Retirement Solutions and Affinity for Aon Latin America.

In early 2020, Alejandro Galizia was named CEO of Aon Latin America for commercial risk solutions, health, retirement and affinity solutions, responsible for driving growth and delivering Aon United in different geographical areas and solutions lines. Alejandro had been appointed CEO of Aon Benfield Latin America in 2014, when he was responsible for leading the company's growth strategy in the region, driving operational efficiencies and developing talents, working together with colleagues on lines of solutions and geographic regions to lead Aon United.
During his career at Aon, Alejandro held several positions, including Vice President of Aon Re Latam and CEO South Region (Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay), where he was responsible for business development, revenue growth operational efficiency and improvement. During that time, he helped develop insurance and reinsurance solutions for the region's top corporate clients.
He started his career at SulAmérica Seguros (Argentine subsidiary) in 1989, where he held different positions in the areas of underwriting of P&C, reinsurance and international business, participating in the underwriting and development of corporate clients in Argentina. Alejandro joined Reinsur (a private reinsurance company representative of Bain Hogg) in 1994 as a partner and commercial director, a company acquired by Aon in 1998. He was appointed CEO of Aon Re Argentina in 2000.

Pablo Muňoz serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions business in Latin America. Pablo is member of the Global Executive Committee and based in the firm's Miami, Florida office.
Joining Aon in 2008, Muňoz has held a number of Reinsurance leadership positions in London and Latin America, specifically Global Chief Broking Officer in London, Head of Facultative, Chief Broking Officer and Specialties Leader across Treaty and Facultative Reinsurance for LatAm.
His most recent position is service as Strategic Growth Leader for the Latin American region where he is responsible for outlining the growth strategy for Reinsurance Solutions and determining necessary resources to achieve the firm's business objectives.
Beginning his career in 1999 at Willis Iberia in Madrid (Spain), Pable has held various positions within Willis (Insurance and Reinsurance) and also served different client segments. He was eventually transferred to Willis Global Markets International based in London and after a 3 yearperiod joined Benfield Ltd. which was acquired after by Aon in 2008.
Pablo holds a Law Bachelor degree by UCM (Universidad Complutense de Madrid), a Master’s Degree in Insurance management by ICEA (Investigacion Cooperativa entre entidades aseguradoras y Fondos de Pensiones) and an Executive Leadership Program by the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education.
A native of Madrid, Spain, Pablo has spent 11 years in London and since 2015 resides in Miami with his wife Nieves and four children: three sons (Pablito, Iggy and Alvaro) and one daughter (Blanca). He is an avid reader, sailor, and golf lover. He and his family and are involved with The Key Biscayne Community Foundation.

Violetta co-leads the LatAm Innovation Committee and is a member of the Global Health Solutions Executive Committee.
Previous to Aon, Violetta was Partner and Managing Director of the Boston Consulting Group. Most recently, she led the Health Care Practice as well as the Large-Scale Change /Transformation teams for South America. Violetta has worked across the globe leading national and multinational companies to help define strategic direction, innovate business models and solve critical business problems at the top of leadership and shareholder value creation agenda.
Violetta has a BS from Cornell University and completed post-graduate studies as a Fulbright Scholar at the Warsaw School of Economics. She has a Masters in International Studies from the University Of Pennsylvania and an Masters in Business Administration from Wharton.

Jose Luis Plana, CBO for Aon Latin America and Specialty leader, has 30 years of experience
in the insurance industry.
He started his career in Spain as an Assistant Director in AXA. Then he moved to Colombia
where he managed Motor and Casualty book of business in Allianz over a course of 4 years.
Following his time at Attlianz, Plana accepted a role in Liberty Colombia and was responsible
for Property and Casualty underwriting claims and reinsurance.
In 2007 he became the President & CEO of RSA, and in 2011 he arrived to Aon as the
President & CEO of Aon Colombia.
During his time in Aon, José Luis has focused in consolidating the team, growing the business
and improving the financial results. His approach has always been around serving the client
and bringing the best of Aon.

In mid-2016, Jerónimo was assigned as Aon Regional Affinity Leader for Latin America, with the task of developing a more digital and technological business line. In addition, he is a member of Aon's World Affinity Executive Committee, in which he represents Latin America. Driven by a value proposition based on customer-centric digital businesses, Jerónimo strongly supported the development of the Analytics area and the creation of a Digital Hub to provide services to that region in a coordinated, structured manner, leveraging local global platforms.
During his time at Aon, Jerónimo held several positions, always related to the Data & Analytics business (or simply “Affinity”). He managed the unit responsible for Banco Macro's business in Argentina, due to specialization acquired in his stint at GQ Seguros and, later, as director of the Financial Institutions unit in Argentina, ending his passage in local business with the leadership of the local unit of Affinity.
His career started in 1996 at GQ Seguros, a family-owned brokerage of companies with customers from different sectors in Argentina. At that time, there was a strong expansion of financial services in the country, which led that broker to work with some local banks, one of the main reasons for which the company was acquired by Aon.

Eric Andersen has served in a number of important leadership positions throughout his over 20-year career at Aon, most recently as chief executive officer of Aon Benfield and prior to that was Chief Executive Officer of Aon Risk Solutions Americas. Andersen first joined Aon in 1997 via the acquisition of Minet. Previously, Andersen also worked in London at Alexander Howden.
Andersen earned an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Colgate University. He sits on the board of Covenant House New Jersey, an organization that helps homeless, at-risk and runaway youth

In addition, he is a member of Aon's World Affinity Executive Committee, in which he represents Latin America. Driven by a value proposition based on customer-centric digital businesses, Jerónimo strongly supported the development of the Analytics area and the creation of a Digital Hub to provide services to that region in a coordinated, structured manner, leveraging local global platforms.
During his time at Aon, Jerónimo held several positions, always related to the Data & Analytics business (or simply “Affinity”). He managed the unit responsible for Banco Macro's business in Argentina, due to specialization acquired in his stint at GQ Seguros and, later, as director of the Financial Institutions unit in Argentina, ending his passage in local business with the leadership of the local unit of Affinity.
His career started in 1996 at GQ Seguros, a family-owned brokerage of companies with customers from different sectors in Argentina. At that time, there was a strong expansion of financial services in the country, which led that broker to work with some local banks, one of the main reasons for which the company was acquired by Aon.

Eric Andersen has served in a number of important leadership positions throughout his over 20-year career at Aon, most recently as chief executive officer of Aon Benfield and prior to that was Chief Executive Officer of Aon Risk Solutions Americas. Andersen first joined Aon in 1997 via the acquisition of Minet. Previously, Andersen also worked in London at Alexander Howden.
Andersen earned an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Colgate University. He sits on the board of Covenant House New Jersey, an organization that helps homeless, at-risk and runaway youth

Pablo Muňoz serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions business in Latin America. Pablo is member of the Global Executive Committee and based in the firm's Miami, Florida office.
Joining Aon in 2008, Muňoz has held a number of Reinsurance leadership positions in London and Latin America, specifically Global Chief Broking Officer in London, Head of Facultative, Chief Broking Officer and Specialties Leader across Treaty and Facultative Reinsurance for LatAm.
His most recent position is service as Strategic Growth Leader for the Latin American region where he is responsible for outlining the growth strategy for Reinsurance Solutions and determining necessary resources to achieve the firm's business objectives.
Beginning his career in 1999 at Willis Iberia in Madrid (Spain), Pable has held various positions within Willis (Insurance and Reinsurance) and also served different client segments. He was eventually transferred to Willis Global Markets International based in London and after a 3 yearperiod joined Benfield Ltd. which was acquired after by Aon in 2008.
Pablo holds a Law Bachelor degree by UCM (Universidad Complutense de Madrid), a Master’s Degree in Insurance management by ICEA (Investigacion Cooperativa entre entidades aseguradoras y Fondos de Pensiones) and an Executive Leadership Program by the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education.
A native of Madrid, Spain, Pablo has spent 11 years in London and since 2015 resides in Miami with his wife Nieves and four children: three sons (Pablito, Iggy and Alvaro) and one daughter (Blanca). He is an avid reader, sailor, and golf lover. He and his family and are involved with The Key Biscayne Community Foundation.

‘Mr. Trainor played a critical role in devising the FBI’s national strategy to combat cyber-crime and was the senior FBI executive responsible for all cyber investigations. During his three-year tenure in the Cyber Division, Mr. Trainor led FBI Agents and Analysts in every major high-profile cyber investigation involving the FBI.
In his role at Aon, Mr. Trainor has developed the firm’s overall cyber strategy on behalf of clients, working closely with colleagues across technology, system integration, risk transfer and advisory to ensure a holistic and integrated approach.
Mr. Trainor joined the FBI as a Special Agent in 1996. Over his twenty-year FBI career, he served in both overseas and domestic assignments focused on cyber, counterintelligence, counterterrorism, intelligence and criminal matters. He has served in field assignments in Chicago; New Haven, CT; Boston; New York City and at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Trainor is a graduate of Assumption University in Worcester, Massachusetts and obtained a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Connecticut. He also completed a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Chief Risk Officer (CRO) Certificate Program at Carnegie Mellon University and has GIAC certifications in GISP, GSLC and GISF.
