Jason has worked in the insurance industry for over 27 years and was appointed to the role of Chief
Executive Officer – Multinational Clients (International) on 1 September 2017. In this role Jason is
responsible for Aon’s Multinational Client strategy across Europe/Middle-East/Africa. This is in
addition to his previous responsibilities for Aon’s Multinational Client group within the Asia/Pacific
Region which he has been responsible for since 1 May 2015.
Prior to this role Jason held the position of Managing Director, Aon Global and Corporate and was
responsible for the leadership of Aon’s large client business in Australia for 3 years.

Jason Disborough
Nancy plays a dual role in the field and in corporate: as a Strategic Account Manager and as Global
Client Promise Leader. Her dual role brings practical, client-facing perspective to the table to ensure
corporate initiatives support the needs of our clients and colleagues in the field and ensure that
corporate leaders can gain more actionable insight from the field. Nancy has extensive experience with large, multi-faceted property/casualty accounts requiring complex actuarial analysis and sophisticated risk management programs. She is involved with captives and other alternative risk financing structures and has successfully managed challenging claims relationships.

Nancy Green
Andrew is Professor of Management Practice at the London Business School, where he was Dean from 2009 to 2017 and where he is researching judgement in management. He is a Non-executive Director of Beazley plc, Times Newspapers Ltd, and a startup bank, Monument plc. His currentresearch is in the use of judgement in management. He has published on judgement in leadership, in professions and in the Covid crisis.
Andrew has started his own book business, run a textile plant in Germany and was for 10 years Head of the UK Government Accountancy Service. His previous non-executive posts have included Chairman of the National Audit Office, the Economists’ Bookshop Group, the market research firm MORI and US technology incubator AIC. He has also been a non-executive Director of the Bank of England and Barclays Bank and is a Past President of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He has been a member of many official inquiries, including the Cadbury Committee on Corporate Governance and the Secretary-General’s committee on the governance of the United Nations.

Madeline joined Aon in 2008 with the primary focus of developing, growing and retaining
relationships with multinational, complex clients across all Aon disciplines. In her current role, she focuses on the global risk, health, talent and retirement strategies for the Fortune 1000 segment to empower clients to grow their business. Madeline serves as a member of Aon’s US Retail Executive Committee, Executive Leadership Team and Aon’s Diversity & Inclusion Council.
In addition to her role at Aon, she serves as an advisory board member for Cerity Partners, an investment and wealth management firm.

Madeline H. Serpico
Trevor Williams is the former chief economist of Lloyds Bank, a position he held for over 15 years.
He has worked as an economist in the city of London for 30 years, including the government
economic service. He has managed teams of economists and financial analysts during most of that
period, covering a range of disciplines. His extensive experience covers financial markets, econometric modelling, banking markets, analysis of the UK and global economy and risk.
Topical Issues such as global trade, the housing market, demographics, productivity, the third industrial revolution, ‘big’ data, global mega trends and the future of manufacturing are areas he has also focussed on. Trevor also runs his own consultancy – TWC: www.trevor.williams.uk He blogs and presents at conferences and other client-focussed events, representing economic views on a range of topics as well as lecturing at a number of universities.

Greg Case is Chief Executive Officer of Aon plc, a leading global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions. He is also a member of the company's Board of Directors.
Before joining Aon, he served on the governing Shareholders' Council at McKinsey & Company, a leading international management consultant, and led their Global Insurance and Financial Services Practice. Prior to McKinsey, he worked for the investment banking firm of Piper, Jaffray and Hopwood and at the Federal Reserve Bank.
Greg holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude from Kansas State University. He serves on the boards of Discover Financial Services, Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital, Field Museum of Natural History, CEO's Against Cancer and St. John's University School of Risk Management. Case was named by the Harvard Business Review as one of the top 100 best performing CEOs in the world in 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016 and 2014.

Dominic works with his Aon colleagues and insurers to come up with creative solutions to big challenges in strategy, operations and climate change. In his role, he improves insurers connectivity within the Aon network and leads projects that deliver insight through data and analytics.

Dominic Probyn
Hugo Wegbrans is the Global Chief Broking Officer and member of Aon’s Global Broking Leadership group. In this role, he is responsible for execution of Aon’s broking strategy, which governs the way Aon is broking clients’ risks into the insurance markets. He leads and coordinates the firm’s chief broking officer network. Hugo started his career as a property broker in a small Amsterdam based insurance broker in 1986, which was acquired by Alexander & Alexander and subsequently Aon. He has worked in the insurance industry for almost 35 years, whereby he initially built up broking experience in the multinational accounts segment working across different geographies. Over the years, Hugo gained a broad experience in a variety of roles, including client executive, Alternative Risk Transfer expert and multi insurance line broker. He has performed various leadership roles in Aon’s broking organization. Hugo was appointed the Chief Broking Officer for the EMEA region in 2015 and into the current role in 2019. Besides the managerial roles, Hugo has always remained involved in strategic “troubleshooting” for several major clients and has been active in innovation of insurance products or broking processes.

John Cullen serves as Chief Executive Officer for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, leading teams across Aon’s Commercial Risk Solutions, Health Solutions and Affinity business lines. He is responsible for driving our client and growth agenda covering 50 countries with 10,000 colleagues. John joined Aon in 1994 and was originally based in Hong Kong where he was Chief Financial Officer for Aon’s operations in Asia. In 2002 he returned to the UK and was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Aon’s UK Retail business. In 2007 he was appointed CFO of Aon’s Retail business globally and in 2014 John became CFO for the then Risk Solution business globally, Aon’s external broking segment, with nearly $8 billion revenue before taking his current role in 2015. Born in Reading, England John graduated Bachelor of Science in Economics with Honours from the University of Hull. He then joined PwC London where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, became a specialist in insurance and banking services, during which time he was seconded to Hong Kong in 1993. John has since become a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. John sits on the Council for Imperial College London as Deputy Chairman and chairs their Audit and Risk Committee.

Christine S. Battist is the Chief Financial Officer for Avison Young, where she is responsible for all financial aspects of corporate-development decisions regarding acquisitions, divestitures, financings and other related transactions. She has more than 25 years of financial management experience and leads global finance and accounting, treasury and tax including overseeing financing of the company’s growth as well as fostering relationships with investors and lenders.
Most recently, Christine served as Chief Financial Officer of Silver Bay Realty Trust (NYSE: SBY) and, previously was Managing Director at Two Harbors Investment Corp (NYSE: TWO). These two public REITs were affiliated with global alternative asset management firm Pine River Capital Management. During her career, she has managed the financial aspects of leading corporations within and outside the real estate sector, overseeing such matters as company formation, investor relations, recapitalization, internal financial controls, due diligence, risk management and financial audits.
Prior to joining Two Harbors, Christine was director of investor relations at the Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS), a Fortune 500 Company. She led investor relations during the company’s recapitalization and spinoff of Mosaic’s largest shareholder. Before moving into that role, she was Mosaic’s director of financial compliance, establishing the newly formed company’s inaugural Sarbanes-Oxley 404 program, effectively repositioning the firm’s global internal-control environment. Earlier in her career, she was director of internal audit at Tuesday Morning Corporation (NASDAQ: TUES), where she established its inaugural internal audit function; and she has a decade of experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, overseeing engagements on M&A, due diligence, risk management and financial audits.
Christine serves on the board of directors of Capital Southwest Corporation (NASDAQ: CSWC) and the Girl Scouts River Valleys.

Christine Battist
Donald (Sandy) Aspinall leads risk management, claims management, risk assessment strategy and implementation for Comcast businesses worldwide. He also provides management oversight and directs the activities of the various service providers, brokers, and insurers the GRM team selects to assist the company in efficiently financing and managing risk. Sandy is President of Comcast’s two captive insurers, and is a member of the company’s Enterprise Risk Management Steering Committee and Risk Leadership Team.
Prior to joining Comcast as an Executive Director in November 2013, for 25 years, Sandy led consulting and brokerage teams for global 1500 clients in his role as a Managing Director, Strategic Account Management at Aon Plc, a leading global provider of risk management, insurance, reinsurance and human capital services.
Sandy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Hobart College and completed the Executive Development Program at the Wharton School.

In her role as the Chief Executive Officer for Aon’s U.S. Commercial Risk Solutions and Health Solutions, Lori oversees the corporate direction and strategy for 7,000 colleagues, across 40 offices. Additionally, Lori serves as a member of Aon’s Global Operating Executive committee, executive chair of Aon’s U.S. diversity and inclusion initiative and North America executive sponsor for Delivering Aon United, our firm-wide growth strategy focused on bringing the best of the firm to its clients. Lastly, Lori also serves as a key business leader to Aon’s Client Promise, a global platform for the firm’s service commitments to clients.
Since joining Aon in 1993, she has spent nearly three decades growing, challenging and shaping the U.S. business to position Aon as a leading global professional services firm, and continue to help clients with all of their risk, retirement and health needs.
She has had the opportunity to hold a number of positions across the firm, including resident managing director for St. Louis, national leader of the Property and Casualty account executive, SAM Practice, and U.S. Health and Benefits Practice leader.

Cynthia Beveridge is the President of Aon’s global broking operation. She drives broking strategies, advocating on behalf of clients around their evolving needs. In addition to that, she works in conjunction with the regional broking teams to create and deliver industry-leading products and services. Her role also includes global carrier management where solving the most challenging risks and quality are the cornerstone of her activities.
Since joining Aon in 1988, Cynthia has spent decades in leadership roles concentrating on the entire broking segment of the organization with a keen focus on— delivering client value, increasing revenue, attracting and retaining talent and supporting operational and broking excellence. Cynthia holds a B.S. in Int’l Business from Fordham University, Marymount campus. She also attended L’Universite de La Sorbonne in Paris, France and University of London to complete her degree. She continued her education by completing executive programs at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

As Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Risk Solutions, Lambros Lambrou is responsible for delivering high impact solutions, including leveraging the firm’s data and analytics, to better deliver and inform clients with critical insights that improve decision making. Lambros also serves as a member of Aon’s Global Operating Committee Lambros is recognized for his innovative approach, often challenging conventional market and industry paradigms and solving complex risk issues. He has a cross-functional and diverse team of renowned industry experts that underscore Aon’s position as the leading professional services firm providing risk, retirement and health solutions enabled by proprietary data and analytics that empower results for clients.
Lambros, who is based in New York, has worked in the risk management industry for over three decades, with experience across Asia Pacific, North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa. With his diverse geographical experience and far reaching network, Lambros ensures clients have unfettered access to Aon’s global resources and capabilities whenever and wherever they need them.
His career has focused on insurance, reinsurance and alternative capital markets. Lambros has also played a central role in steering a number of Aon’s key growth initiatives over the last ten years. This includes Lambros’ contributions to the development of Aon’s Global Risk Insight Platform which today is the world’s leading repository of insurance placement information. He also helped to create Aon’s first Centre for Innovation and Analytics, housed in Dublin, the rollout of Aon Client Promise and his architecting of the industry first Sidecar solution developed with Berkshire Hathaway.
He has held several positions with Aon internationally. Most recently, Lambros served as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Global Specialties in Aon’s Commercial Risk Solutions business, responsible for driving the growth strategy across the business. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of Aon’s retail business in Australia. This followed roles as Chief Executive Officer of Aon’s Global Broking Centre in London, Chief Broking Officer of EMEA, Global Chief Operating Officer for Aon Broking and Head of Aon Analytics.
Lambros is a graduate of Exeter University, UK and holds an Economics and Statistics degree. He is a graduate of the INSEAD Executive Leadership Program.

Previously, Cliff has served as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Sportech plc, a leading pool betting operator and technology supplier. Prior to Sportech, he worked for several years at Ladbrokes plc in a number of senior finance roles including Finance Director of its eGaming and International businesses, as well as Ladbrokes businesses in Spain, Italy, and
South Africa. Before that he was Group Financial Controller of Hilton Group plc. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young, where he worked for 10 years.

In this role he oversees the Enterprise Risk Management, Risk Control and Claims practices, comprising 180 colleagues in over 20 countries. The teams provide advice and solutions that help clients to meet their objectives, by reducing risk and volatility in strategic plans and in the performance of people, assets and operations.
Richard serves on the Risk Consulting Global Board and EMEA Executive. He is also responsible for ensuring optimal connectivity between risk consulting, analytics and broking in EMEA, through Aon’s team of Chief Broking Officers.
Prior to joining Aon in January 2016, Richard was MD for Marsh Risk Consulting in the UK and Ireland.

Carlo Clavarino was born in Genova in 1960 and he has dual Italian and Swiss citizenship. He has nearly 40 years of experience in Risk and Insurance Broking business. He started his career in 1982 in Italian Insurance broker Luigi Pratolongo, which was taken over by Nikols Group at the beginning of 1990. Hugo Wegbrans is the Global Chief Broking Officer and member of Aon’s Global Broking Leadership group. In this role he responsible for execution of Aon’s broking strategy, which governs the way Aon is broking clients’ risks into the insurance markets. He leads and coordinates the firm’s chief broking officer network. Hugo started his career as a property broker in a small Amsterdam based insurance broker in 1986, which was acquired by Alexander & Alexander and subsequently Aon. He has worked in the insurance industry for almost 35 years, whereby he initially built up broking experience in the multinational accounts segment working across different geographies. Over the years, Hugo gained a broad experience in a variety of roles, including client executive, Alternative Risk Transfer expert and multi insurance line broker. He has performed various leadership roles in Aon’s broking organization. Hugo was appointed the Chief Broking Officer for the EMEA region in 2015 and into the current role in 2019. Besides the managerial roles, Hugo has always remained involved in strategic “troubleshooting” for several major clients and has been active in innovation of insurance products or broking processes.
