Charlie joined Manchester United in October 2018 from Nike, where he was most recently Vice President of Communications for Nike Direct, the sportswear giant’s digital and direct-to-consumer business, having previously been the Director of Communications for their football category. In an 18-year career at Nike he held a number of senior PR roles in the UK, at the company’s European HQ in the Netherlands and the global HQ in Oregon, USA.

Before joining Aon, he led the Global Insurance and Financial Services Practice at McKinsey & Company. Previously, he was with the investment banking firm of Piper, Jaffray and Hopwood and at the Federal Reserve Bank.
He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and serves on several boards, including Discover Financial Services, Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital and St. John's University School of Risk Management. Harvard Business Review has named Case as one of the top 100 best performing CEOs in 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016 and 2014.

James Crabtree is a Singapore-based author and journalist, and Associate Professor of Practice at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. His best-selling book “The Billionaire Raj” was short-listed for the Financial Times/McKinsey book of the year. His career has spanned both policy and media, including working at the Financial Times, and as an advisor in the United Kingdom Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit under Tony Blair and Gordon Brown.

Choe Peng Sum is Chief Executive Officer of Pan Pacific Hotels Group, a member of Singapore-listed UOL Group, one of Asia’s most established hotel and property companies. He oversees nearly 50 properties with more than 14,000 keys across 29 cities in Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America.
Mr Choe has more than 33 years’ experience in the hospitality industry managing and developing hotels and serviced apartments worldwide, and was formerly the Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Hospitality International Ltd. During his 22-year tenure, he grew the portfolio from two properties in Singapore in 1998 to more than 140 properties across more than 76 cities worldwide.

As managing director for Microsoft Singapore, Kevin Wo is responsible for developing and driving growth strategies for all of Microsoft’s product, service and support offerings in Singapore. He also builds on the company’s 30-year presence here by creating local opportunities, growth and lasting impact through the application of digital technologies.
In addition to his role at Microsoft, Wo serves as a Board Member at Info-Communications Media Development Authority of Singapore, and other chambers and associations including the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (Board of Governor), Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (Board Member) and SGTech (Councilor).

Leon is responsible for the overall strategy and driving sustainable growth in China, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, as well as Latin America, Brazil, Russia, Eurasia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Leon joined AstraZeneca China in March 2013 as Vice President for GI, Respiratory, Anaesthesia, and Antiinfection (GRA), and was promoted to President in 2014. Under Leon’s leadership, China has become AstraZeneca’s second-largest market worldwide, and AstraZeneca is one of the fastest-growing multinational pharmaceutical companies in China. In January 2017, Leon was promoted to Executive Vice President, Asia Pacific at AstraZeneca. In May 2017, Leon expanded his role to cover the international region as Executive Vice President.

Tan Chin Hwee is the Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific of Trafigura, a global Fortune 25 company in the logistic space with USD180bn in sales, headquartered in Singapore.
He is the present member of the Emerging Stronger Taskforce-PM Office, Trade & Connectivity Standards Committee under the Singapore Standards Council (SSC), Monetary Authority of Singapore's Finance Centre Advisory Panel and Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore's International Maritime Centre(IMC) 2030 Advisory Committee.
He serves on the Boards of Nanyang Technological University, Hwa Chong Institution and the endowment fund for Singhealth/KK Women's and Children's Hospital, Singapore Press Holdings, and other global companies.

Tom, a British national, is Head of Group Risk Management at Swire Pacific Limited. Swire Pacific employs over 93,000 staff and has Property, Aviation, Beverages, Marine Services and Trading & Industrial divisions.
Tom is responsible for group wide operational risk management initiatives and arranges the Swire Pacific group insurance programmes. He is a director of Swire Pacific Limited’s captive insurance company.
Tom is a Member of the Institute of Risk Management (MIRM), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Insurance (ACII) and is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner.

Peter is the Global Head of Insurance for Orica Limited and has more than 35 years’ risk management and insurance experience with large and diverse organisations, including industrial chemicals, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, commercial property development and management.
Peter is a founding member and former Director of the Risk and Insurance Management Society Australasia Limited (RIMS) and is a current Director of Orica International Singapore.
Peter has worldwide responsibility for the overall strategic direction and management of Orica’s international insurance programmes, including its Singapore insurance company, Anbao Insurance.

Jane is the Chief Client Officer of Commercial Risk, Affinity and Health, Asia. She is also a member of our Global and Asia Executive Leadership teams, with over 23 years of experience in risk management, insurance solutions and leadership. Jane recently took on responsibility for Delivering Aon United in Asia, which is the Blueprint to guide colleagues across all business units to bring the best of the firm to our clients.
Jane is a passionate supporter of diversity and inclusion, and speaks at many conferences. She is also a very active member of Aon’s training faculty, and champions training programmes.

An economics and finance student by training, Kelvin stumbled into the world of risk management and insurance 11 years ago. He has since been active on both the buy and sell side of the corporate insurance and risk management world, experiencing first-hand the value, relevance and yet under-appreciation of good corporate risk management.
Kelvin is currently the group risk manager of International SOS, where he manages the global insurance portfolio and encompasses the company’s global operations in over 90 countries. He set up the first ever employee benefits captive programme in Asia, and leads various risk management initiatives within the company.

Irma has been with Aon Philippines for over 20 years. As Director of Strategic Account Management (SAM), she develops business opportunities with major conglomerates and manages the corporate insurance requirements of conglomerates, and multinational corporation clients.
Irma is also the practice leader of Aon Philippines for Financial Lines and Professional Services, handling the specialised lines of Directors and Officers Liability Insurance, Professional Indemnity, and Crime Insurance Cyber.
