The Changing Tide of the D&O Market
The D&O market is arguably seeing the crest of the wave which is presenting new opportunities for companies to bring back more control and drive their own D&O programs. Instead of a once a year review, companies are being urged to jump in and proactively manage their program and explore the levers available to them such as strategic data and analytics, restructuring cover, accessing new markets, and alternative forms of financing. Our panel will highlight how the tide has shifted for the first time in years and how companies can now take control of their own destiny in their D&O insurance programs.
