Jerónimo Quesada
Regional Leader for Data & Analytics Services
Aon Latin America
In mid-2016, Jerónimo was assigned as Aon Regional Affinity Leader for Latin America, with the task of developing a more digital and technological business line. In addition, he is a member of Aon's World Affinity Executive Committee, in which he represents Latin America. Driven by a value proposition based on customer-centric digital businesses, Jerónimo strongly supported the development of the Analytics area and the creation of a Digital Hub to provide services to that region in a coordinated, structured manner, leveraging local global platforms. During his time at Aon, Jerónimo held several positions, always related to the Data & Analytics business (or simply “Affinity”). He managed the unit responsible for Banco Macro's business in Argentina, due to specialization acquired in his stint at GQ Seguros and, later, as director of the Financial Institutions unit in Argentina, ending his passage in local business with the leadership of the local unit of Affinity. His career started in 1996 at GQ Seguros, a family-owned brokerage of companies with customers from different sectors in Argentina. At that time, there was a strong expansion of financial services in the country, which led that broker to work with some local banks, one of the main reasons for which the company was acquired by Aon.
