Jennifer has been with Aon for 10 years, serving most recently as the Managing Director of Aon’s Specialties business. This has uniquely positioned Jennifer to focus on clients’ emerging risks such as climate change, cyber, D&O, supply chain, and employee attraction and retention (amongst others), and designing solutions to enable clients to better protect and grow their business.
Prior to Aon, Jennifer held a variety of senior management roles at AIG where she was responsible for their M&A, Private Equity and Real Estate practices.
Before joining the insurance industry, Jennifer practiced corporate and securities law at Sidley Austin LLP in New York City.

Greg Case is Chief Executive Officer of Aon plc and is a member of the company's Board of Directors. Before joining Aon, he served on the governing Shareholders' Council at McKinsey & Company, a leading international management consulting firm, and led their Global Insurance and Financial Services Practice. Prior to McKinsey, he worked for the investment banking firm of Piper, Jaffray and Hopwood and at the Federal Reserve Bank.
Greg holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude from Kansas State University. He serves on the boards of Discover Financial Services, Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital, Field Museum of Natural History, CEOs Against Cancer and St. John's University School of Risk Management.
Greg was named by the Harvard Business Review as one of the top 100 best performing CEOs in the world in 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016 and 2014.

Meredith Jones is a Partner at Aon focusing primarily on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and responsible investing. She is the leader of Aon’s Global ESG Think Tank, the US and Canadian Responsible Investment committees, and continues to work with Aon’s investment and corporate clients on ESG initiatives and integration, climate change initiatives, impact investing and finance, divestment and decarbonization strategies and diverse investing initiatives.
Meredith has more than 23 years of investment industry experience, beginning her career at Van Hedge Fund Advisors International, where she was Director of Research. Through the years, she worked in various research capacities in the investment industry at PerTrac Financial Solutions, Barclays Capital and RKCO. Meredith joined Aon in 2015.
Meredith’s research has been featured in the international financial media, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Economist, The Journal of Investing, and more. She is the award-winning author of “Women of The Street: Why Female Money Managers Generate Higher Returns (And How You Can Too)”, was named one of Inc. Ian is a professional economist best known for his work in public policy. During his 40-year career, he has worked with governments, banks, corporates and leading professional services firms at the highest level, including Partner of Deloitte Access Economics and Chair of the Australian Government's Competition Policy Review, a "root and branch" review of Australia's competition policy, laws and institutions. Ian is the author of “Economics for Life” (2011) and “Confessions of a Meddlesome Economist” (2019). In 2020, Ian was appointed an Officer in the Order of Australia “for distinguished service to education in the field of economics, and to public and monetary policy development and reform”.

Jason has worked in the insurance industry for over 29 years and was appointed to the role of Chief Commercial Officer – Enterprise Clients on 1 October 2021. In this global role Jason focuses on the evolving needs of Aon’s largest client relationships and how they can be supported in achieving their business strategy.
In addition to his current role Jason also acts as the Chief Executive Officer – Multinational Clients (International). In this role Jason is responsible for Aon’s Multinational Client strategy outside the United States which he commenced in 2017.
In addition to Jason’s leadership roles he is also recognised as one of Aon’s leading risk-financing experts. He is a regular speaker at various professional association conferences regarding emerging risk trends, strategic risk management, risk financing and various general insurance issues. In recognition of his subject matter expertise Jason also chaired the Australian and New Zealand Insurance & Finance Institute’s Risk Management Faculty Advisory Board from 2013 to 2015.

Prior to PwC, Jane was the ANZ Technology Group Managing Director at Accenture for 12 years.In this role, she developed and led large technology practices in Australiaand Asia-Pacific and oversaw 2,700 employees.
Previously, Jane served as a Managing Consultant at IBM, a product marketing specialist for Oracle’s Siebel Systems and in strategy and project management roles for Southern Cross Health Society and ACT Community Care.
Jane is recognised for her extensive technology consulting experience, client centricity, leadership qualities, passion for people and belonging, and embracing difference. Her career is one of consistent achievement with Jane being recognised as an advocate for women in technology, supporting STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) and the broader growth of technology capability in Australia and New Zealand.

Michael is Aon’s Cyber Insurance Practice Leader which involves management and advice involving all facets of cyber risk and insurance, including the negotiation and placement for many of Aon’s most complicated clients, presenting the outcomes to Audit & Risk Committees and Boards, claims advocacy, technical reviews of coverage and risk profiling of client’s cyber risks as well as industry analysis and creation of thought leadership materials.
With specialist skills in all financial lines products, Michael has spent the last 10+ years focusing on global and complex firms for their Technology Errors & Omissions and Cyber insurance placements from Australia and London.
Michael earned a Financial Risk Management & Banking and Finance degree from Victoria University. Further he has his Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and is Tier 1 and 2 FSR compliant. He is currently studying his Msc of Information Security with Royal Holloway, University of London.

Peter is specialised in the analysis and development of products and models related to natural catastrophes, particularly Asia Pacific earthquakes and flood tools. Peter has provided critical reviews of many of the commercial catastrophe models available today.
Peter has been responsible for the development of many bespoke modelling solutions from property risk through to personal accident assessment, and has headed up various analytics teams in Europe and Asia involved in research and development work for insurance services.

Kirsten leads Aon’s Corporate Governance practice for the AMEA region & Private Market practice in Australia. She is an experienced Human Capital consultant with global expertise in governance and remuneration best practice gained from roles held in corporate and consulting over the past 20 years.
Kirsten’s strength is her ability in providing practical advice to Boards and Management that incorporates her broad technical expertise and multiple stakeholder perspectives. She has proven success in designing and implementing solutions across governance, executive remuneration and equity plans, in addition to advising on external and internal stakeholder engagement strategies. Kirsten’s previous role was as the HR and Remuneration lead for an infrastructure fund manager owned by a global bank.

She leads Aon’s National Insurance Due Diligence Practice which provides insurance advisory services to with clients both across Australia and internationally involved in merger and acquisitions, development and financing of major infrastructure projects.
Julie holds an MBA from the AGSM and a Diploma of Financial Services (insurance broking).

From 2004 to 2010, he held various positions at Aon Jauch & Hübener GmbH, including Managing Director of the Financial Services Group. In 2010, he joined Marsh GmbH where he became Head of Financial & Professional Services (FINPRO) and Credit & Political Risks and was appointed to the extended German Top Management Team in early 2011. In April 2011, Alexander returned to Siemens and assumed responsibility for all insurable risks of the Siemens Group worldwide. Alexander is Chairman of the German Association “Gesamtverband der versicherungsnehmenden Wirtschaft e.V.” (GVNW). He studied law at Bayreuth, Munich and Montpellier and earned his doctorate at the University of Bochum.

Steve has had a lifelong fascination with the weather. With a scientific background in meteorology, Steve commenced his professional career in television, before moving into the insurance industry when joining Aon in 2007.
Steve is based in the Impact Forecasting division where his role is focused on helping to communicate the growing risks of natural perils and climate change around the world. A key motivation of his work features the emerging and evolving trends associated with increasing weather volatility, climate change, population and exposure patterns, and natural hazard-related financial losses. He is a frequent collaborator with governmental agencies, academia, and industry groups, and has co-authored several published peer-reviewed journals.
Steve earned his Master of Science in Business Analytics degree from the University of Notre Dame, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology from Florida State University.

Eduardo has extensive experience in the market and is deeply aware of Aon’s business units, international capabilities and its organizational structure. He joined Aon in 2002 and, after various positions in several offices around Spain, moved to Lisbon in 2006 as Chief Executive Officer of Aon Portugal. In 2008 he joined the Executive Committee of Aon Iberia, combining his office in Portugal with the Regional Directorate of Galicia. He returned to Spain in 2010 as Director of Corporate Business, assuming leadership of all Aon business areas in Spain and Portugal, and in 2016, was also appointed CEO for Aon Middle East. In 2020 Eduardo was named Co-chair of Aon’s Global Inclusive Leadership Council.
Before joining Aon he spent four years in the banking industry.
Eduardo is married with three children. He has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Santiago de Compostela, a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Business Administration from Humberside University in the UK, and is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Trevor Williams is the former chief economist of Lloyds Bank, a position he held for over 15 years.
He has worked as an economist in the city of London for 30 years, including the government economic service. He has managed teams of economists and financial analysts during most of that period, covering a range of disciplines.

Before this role, Tracie held senior roles in Sydney, Singapore and New York focused on Crisis Management products. Hugo Wegbrans is co-leading the Global Strategies of Aon Commercial Risk Solutions. The Global Strategies comprise Carrier Management, Claims, Digital broking, MGA activities, Platforms and Innovation.
Hugo started his career as a property broker in a small Amsterdam based insurance broker, which was acquired by Alexander & Alexander and subsequently Aon. He has worked in the insurance industry for almost 35 years, whereby he initially built up broking experience in the multinational accounts segment working across different geographies. Over the years, Hugo gained a broad experience in a variety of roles, including client executive, Alternative Risk Transfer expert and multi insurance line broker. He has performed various leadership roles in Aon’s broking organization. Hugo was appointed the Chief Broking Officer for the EMEA region in 2015 and into the Global role in 2019. He started in his current role in October 2021. Besides the managerial roles, Hugo has always remained involved in strategic “troubleshooting” for several major multinational clients.

Joe Peiser

As the Commercial Risk Leader for North America at Aon, Joe is responsible for driving the firm’s Commercial Risk strategies and growth agenda while delivering innovative solutions that address the unmet needs of clients across the region. Joe is also a part of the global Commercial Risk and North America leadership teams at the firm.
Prior to joining Aon, Joe was the Head of Broking for Willis Towers Watson. There he was responsible for the broking strategy, including the deployment of its technology-based Broking Platform, across all of Willis Towers Watson’s Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) product lines and geographies.
Joe has been in the insurance industry since 1986 when he joined Johnson & Higgins (J&H), a Marsh predecessor company. He spent 19 years at J&H/Marsh in New York, London and Bermuda in roles of increasing responsibility including broking leadership, alternative risk financing, and client executive roles. From 2005 – 2014, Joe was President of Wright Risk Consulting which provided outsourced risk management to clients in various industries (e.g. Life Sciences, Banking, Logistics and Food Services.) He was also President of Wright Risk Specialty, a Managing General Underwriter (MGU) for programs serving schools, colleges, municipalities and food service companies.
Joe earned a BA from Columbia and Oxford Universities (Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa) and an MBA with honors from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
Joe has been a mentor in the US Chapter of the 30% Club which seeks to realize gender diversity in the leadership of US corporations. Joe is on the board of trustees for All Stars Project / Development School for Youth which provides mentorship to under-privileged youth and teaches theatre and performance skills as a means to prepare for entry-level positions in business. He is also on the board of trustees for G.O.A.L.S. Athletic League, a not-for-profit softball league for underprivileged girls of Brooklyn and Queens NY. G.O.A.L.S. combines academic assistance with fast-pitch softball training to enhance Title IX college scholarship opportunities for its players.

His clients have included major UK and international corporations and global banks. Ballheimer brings expertise in public and private M&A and Equity Capital Markets transactions with broad experience in complex, multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions throughout Western and Eastern Europe, the U.S., Latin America and Asia.

John Cullen
John is currently acting as the International Adviser to the President Aon Plc as well as chairing various Aon Boards, including Aon’s EMEA M&A Advisory Board.
Until recently, John Cullen served as Chief Executive Officer for the UK , Europe, Middle East and Africa region, leading teams across Aon’s Commercial Risk Solutions, Health Solutions and Affinity business lines. He was responsible for driving our client and growth agenda covering 50 countries with 10,000 colleagues.
John joined Aon in 1994 and was originally based in Hong Kong where he was Chief Financial Officer for Aon’s operations in Asia. In 2002 he returned to the UK and was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Aon’s UK Retail business. In 2007 he was appointed CFO of Aon’s Retail business globally and in 2014 John became CFO for the then Risk Solution business globally, Aon’s external broking segment, with nearly $8 billion revenue.
Born in Reading, England John graduated Bachelor of Science in Economics with Honours from the University of Hull. He then joined PwC London where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, became a specialist in Insurance and Banking services, during which time he was seconded to Hong Kong in 1993. John has since become a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
John sits on the Council for Imperial College London as Deputy Chairman and also chairs their Audit and Risk Committee, as well as their Strategy Committee.
He lives in Brighton with his wife and three children. His hobbies are rugby, running and relaxing.
He and his wife have recently also set up a gifting charity to help smaller charities achieve their philanthropic goals

From 2015 to 2018, he was a member of the Shareholder Council, McKinsey's Board of Directors, and between 2017 and 2019, the Chairman of Aberkyn, a McKinsey subsidiary that focuses on executive coaching and facilitation.
Feser is also the chairman of Greenreb Holding, a sports entertainment company. In addition, he is a member of the Executive Education Board of the University of St. Gallen. Joe is currently the US Leader of Aon’s Global Risk Consulting organization. His responsibilities include the privilege of leading the more than 400 US based Aon Risk Consultants who focus on the development and delivery of pre and post-loss risk mitigation strategies and analytics, including; property, casualty and marine risk control and claims management, actuarial and analytics services, enterprise risk management, business continuity and risk management outsourcing.
Joe has developed expertise in a number of risk management disciplines and has served as a consultant for numerous Fortune 100 clients in the areas of Healthcare, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical and Auto Manufacturing. Upon joining Aon in 2010, Joe led the development of Aon Casualty Laser. Since its inception, this patented analytics-based claims benchmarking process has helped Aon clients identify more than $700 million in casualty claim savings. Joe is a Certified Healthcare Safety Professional and Board Certified Industrial Ergonomist. Earlier in his career, Joe was a Firefighter and EMT, served as the Corporate Director of Safety and Health at Fruit of the Loom Corporation and Corporate Ergonomist of Mazda USA.
Joe is also a contributor to the development of Aon’s global response to assisting clients in developing risk management strategies for the mitigation of Emerging Risks, such as Supply Chain, Climate Change, Cyber, Intellectual Property, ESG and Brand/Reputation. Joe is a frequent speaker and author on Workers Compensation Cost Containment and recently led an Aon study of the impact of aging in the workplace on workers compensation claims and co-published the white paper “Responding to the Needs of an Aging Workforce”. As an interesting side note Joe, also has significant experience in Event Risk Management and security, serving as risk consultant to the NFL on five Superbowls, and as a risk consultant to the 2014 World Cup.

The Michigan Safety Organization is a volunteer non-profit organization with a mission of improving the safety and health of Michigan workplaces. The organization manages the largest safety and education forum in the state. The conference provides more than 140 educational Education Madonna University BS, Occupational Safety, Health & Fire Science Western Kentucky University AS, Occupational Safety & Health sessions during a two-day event, and is the largest volunteer run state safety conference.

He has over 20 years insurance experience, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, and has successfully completed the Certificate and Diploma stages of the Chartered Directors programme (Institute of Directors).
Vincent is a member of the Aon Captive Group’s Risk Committee and holds a number of senior client service positions, including client (re)insurance company board membership, across the financial services, food agri beverage and life sciences sectors.

Previously, she led the U.S. Health and Benefits practice, where she led the team that advised employers across all market segments on creating customized benefits strategies.
Since joining Aon in 1993, Goltermann is known for assembling high-performing teams, strategy development, and M&A. She has an exceptional vision for growing the organization and helping clients with all of their risk, retirement and health needs.
In 2018, she was named one of Insurance Business America’s Hot 100 influencers in the insurance industry and was named one of 2019’s Elite Women in the Insurance Business America Magazine.
