The Landlord required a one-stop shop Project Manager to advise on the refurbishment aspects of the retail units for re-letting as well as a technical review of the prospective Tenants’ fit-out proposals. Building, MEP, Structural investigations and surveys; Feasibility and Architectural support, including 3D building modelling and producing CGIs, followed by Contract Administration delivered under a single point of Project Management.
Arcadis also produced a tenants fit out guide and provided Licence to Alter technical advice and oversaw Tenant’s delivery of the works.

Working with our approved supply chain, Arcadis Building Surveying team commissioned and management intrusive investigations and electronic leak detection.
Arcadis provided PM and CA services, offering robust costed options and recommendations for the roof replacement project, and developed an interim PPM to assist the Building Management in coordination of an enhanced temporary management solution. We understood our client’s requirements and obligations to their tenants and successfully achieved the main goal of providing a watertight roof to the building.

In addition to providing cost and commercial support, Arcadis also represented the Client as the Employer’s Agent, and provided Landlord Assurance services to ensure that the building was being received in a suitable CAT A specification.

Arcadis provided a collaborative approach allowed regular communication and co-ordination between the client and Arcadis dilapidations team, this included a Single point of contact for multiple claims. Arcadis have negotiated over £500k on dilapidations claims for the client.
