How to Engage With Commercial Enablement
Start
Open a request through the Resource Management System.

Tick the boxes on the services you need support on.

Input the correct GBA and country.

Fill out the rest of the form and submit.

The assignee will contact the requester to schedule a kick-off call for a better understanding of the requirements.

The assignee will send the initial draft to the requester for their comments and feedback.

The task will undergo a QA/QC review to ensure its quality.

The assignee will send the final output to the requester.

The assignee will provide a feedback form link through RMS to the requester to gauge their level of satisfaction and obtain feedback for improvement purposes.

In case the task needs to be reopened for revisions or additional requests related to it, the requester can contact the designer assigned, or fill out a new entry in the RMS for tasks completed beyond a month.
*One of our POC will acknowledge the request and assign the best people for the task, Philippine Standard Time (PHT).
