How does the supplier ensure error free reporting?
Error Free Reporting
As the IGPMO, error free reporting will be fundamental to our success, acknowledging that reporting errors can falsify results, putting data accuracy and integrity at risk. The key areas that we will particularly focus on to achieve error free reporting include:
Data integrity checks within Planview as this assures only correct data can be captured.
Implement the appropriate lifecycle steps and workflows confirming adherence to the governance process.
Data integrity reporting as this will provide insight on logic and data checks within the system.
From a reporting perspective we will produce a well-defined development lifecycle for reports, so that we are confident from the outset that all data will be comprehensively captured. The lifecycle will include:
