Arcadis providing European Programme Management for the Client with local Project management and Monitoring services coordinated through the PMO. Delivering, monitoring and reporting against multiple projects across different asset classes including Hotel, Office, Retail and Mixed-use. Consolidating regular (weekly and monthly) reports on progress and activity. Arcadis have also developed a reporting PowerBI Dashboard, tailored to the clients requirements.

The Arcadis framework with the Client began in 2017 with LED lighting replacement programmes across their UK store portfolio. In 2019 this was extended to distribution centres along with the introduction of
Bio-Generators, which was installed in tandem with Photo Voltaic panels. Our role has since been extended to refrigeration aerofoil installation programmes, HVAC works and assurance services by our in-house electrical and renewable energy engineers.

The largest and most innovative project of its type, Arcadis is responsible for the oversight, assurance, planning and control of capital projects for the Client’s global property portfolio (in excess of 50 million square feet) – one of the three global ‘Managed Delivery Partners (MDPs). As an MDP we provide the following services Project Management, Cost Management, HSE management, Sustainability and Risk Management. Arcadis deliver in all geographies where the Client develops capital built assets.
Above this, in 2015 Arcadis were awarded the contract for the outsource operation of the Global Programme Management Office managing the Client’s annual capital investment plan circa $1bn/pa. This was a five year contract which is currently going through renewal. The GPMO is responsible for all the Client’s Capital Projects delivered across 72 countries, including those not captured within the MDP Framework.
