The introduction of the EWS1 form in December 2019 followed by the Building Safety Fund in March 2020. New regulations on external wall construction introduced from 2017-2020 and recommendations from the Hackitt Report being implemented. We undertook dilapidation and intrusive surveys and provided specialist façade, project and cost management consultancy services for the removal and replacement of the complete façade whilst maintaining a fully occupied and operational 24hr call-centre for our Client whilst considering the information to support the production of a Build Safety Case.

We supported our Client with a range of consultancy advice on undertaking of significant remedial works.
The building was completed in 2015, however a number of materials and non-compliant construction details were identified for remedial action. We provided specialist Façade advisory, Project Management, Contract Administration and H&S Client Assurance services for the removal and replacement of the non-compliant panels and remedial works to the brick-infills.
