Development: Having assisted our client through the acquisition of a vacant logistic unit, we were engaged to provide professional services for the replacement of approximately 80,000 sq ft roof, 40,000 sq ft of which was asbestos roof sheeting.
Role: Arcadis provided Contract Administration and Project Management services, which include engaging suitable professional team, preparation of tender pack and analysis, monitoring of works and certifying payments.

Development: Our Client was acquiring the Lahinch Portfolio which include four city centre offices with a combined area of circa 390,000 sq ft.
Role: Arcadis provide Technical Due Diligence services as part of the pre-acquisition team which include Techinical Due diligence of the building fabric and MEP Installations, Environmental Due Diligence and Reinstatment Cost Assessment.

Development: Cherrywood is one of the largest urban placemaking developments ever undertaken in Ireland. The development contains approximately 1,300 build-to-rent apartments; a 721,182-sq ft mixed-used retail centre; 39,826 sq ft of additional ground floor retail; and a 200-key hotel.
Role: Arcadis are the Monitoring Surveyor for the Lender. Arcadis prepared an Initial Report and are monitoring the construction and PC for 1141 apartments and over 5,000 sq m of retail and amenity space.
