SmartRCA is a digital solution that provides interactive and real-time RCA analytics reporting. The SmartRCA system follows a traditional RCA approach and guidelines in addition to analysing key relevant data for insurers at a macro and micro-level with the goal of reducing insurance premiums. The platform is easily accessed by a range of stakeholders, allowing for instant upload of ‘new’ information on assets and live review of reinstatement positions. Our fully customisable and interactive platform allows for co-creation with you to display actionable and relevant insight.

Digital Reinstatement Cost Assessment Database

Site Surveys Surveys of existing assets completed by local resources. Asset will be grouped to maximise value of visits. New Asset Assessments Desktop assessments of assets completed around the clock by our Global Excellence Centre (GEC) in Manila Existing Asset Data Existing drawings/ data on each asset will be compiled in a central repository. New Data As new data is uploaded to the system our GEC will assess and update our database to reflect current position. Areas Using 3D point cloud measured surveys to provide accurate area measurement.
