Technology can make life
not only easier but more inspired.
Full-Year Financial Results
Through challenging market conditions, Arrow operated from a position of strength, helping innovators create, make and manage new technologies.
Investments in areas such as design engineering and Supply-Chain-as-a-Service further positioned the company’s offerings as well as brought standalone value.
Customer base growth and overall demand strength offset near-term supply chain constraints.

The original SAM Suit prototype was built on existing exoskeleton technologies. With electronically guided support for his torso, arms and lower extremities, Sam was able to stand and walk for short distances under the watchful eye of a safety assistant.
Development of SAM Suit 2.0 is now under way, with plans to re-engineer the package for Sam to enjoy greater control over the suit’s balance and operation, aided by guidance and machine-learning systems that smooth his stride and enable him to walk farther on his own.

Twenty-one years ago, a racing accident changed Sam Schmidt’s life in an instant, paralyzing him from the shoulders down. In 2021, Arrow helped him stand up and walk for the first time since his accident.
Our journey with Sam began in 2014, when Arrow engineers modified a Corvette with off-the-shelf technology to create the Semi-Autonomous Motorcar (SAM). Driving with only the motions of his head, on tracks and city streets, Sam eventually earned a provisional driver’s license and then toured in Europe, showing the world the freedom and dignity that technology can bring.
The SAM Suit is the newest chapter in the broader Arrow SAM Project, designed to inspire new innovations that could transform life for people living with spinal injuries.

With our network of innovators and suppliers, together we brought Belle’s dragon to life. Built entirely from her own ideas and artwork, and characters from her favorite books and movies, it can express emotion, responds to touch, grows “tired” after a busy day and gets excited when offered one of its favorite treats.
Meet Belle’s Dragon
AI/Social Tools for Disabilities and Illnesses
Belle is like many teenagers.
She spends time with her friends, has an active imagination — with a taste for faraway places and mythical creatures — and really, really wants a pet.
Unlike her friends, however, Belle has a serious medical condition that rules out furry companions. Undeterred, she reached out to the Make-a-Wish Foundation with another idea: Why not a pet dragon instead? Make-a-Wish then reached out to Arrow for help.
