Each pit stop takes 6 to 8 seconds and one driver can go through 3 to 5 sets of tires.
Learn Racing Strategy
SPM engineers monitor live data, telemetry, etc. and relay any necessary information back to the driver including fuel strategy, lap countdown to pit stops, and drivability of the car.
Experience what it feels like to drive the SAM Car
on the day before the race (limited time slots).
