Our current program with the IMF naturally expires this year because it was assumed that our war [would] last until the end of this year, but it’s not [done], so we need to make some recalibration of our previously made expectations.
We have had very good discussions during this week. We are very confident that we are able and capable to prepare a new program for Ukraine.
We see signals of financial assurances from our partners and friends, specifically when we are talking about utilization of frozen Russian assets.
We’re looking forward to the prospect of using outstanding euroloans from the United States in Q1. We discussed this perspective with Secretary Bessent, and I hope we will have a green light.
The longer we struggle and [fight], the stronger we are. The strengths we’ve got during this war, it’s something very valuable for Ukraine.
