We evaluate companies using our proprietary Impact Assessment Framework, which assesses how their products and services contribute to our targeted outcomes: protecting biodiversity, advancing social progress, and mitigating climate change. Developed by our dedicated Impact and ESG Research team, this framework aligns with the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN) guidance and industry best practice
For each company, our analysts articulate a problem statement—identifying the challenge the company aims to address—and map out how its activities lead to positive impact. They also establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the company’s contribution and monitor its progress over time, ensuring our investments support meaningful, scalable change.
