At this phase, you'll know how to craft more complex and strategic output, and even lead portions of case workstreams. You’ll become skilled at analyzing how something will affect the client and will mentor new associate consultants.

By this stage, you’ll be skilled in using Bain’s approach to framing problems, overseeing complex analyses, generating insights, developing solutions, producing zero-defect materials, and building enduring relationships.
