Bain cofounded and coled
the setup and launch of MOVER—Movimento pela Equidade Racial, a Brazilian coalition of 46 companies committed to promoting racial equity through internal and external initiatives, including providing 10,000 new positions for Black Brazilians in leadership roles and benefiting more than 3 million people through jobs, training, and other support.

We are partnering with the Latino Donor Collaborative and L’ATTITUDE to identify opportunities for improving access to credit and equity financing for Latinx-owned businesses.
We are launching primary research to understand the unmet funding needs and buying behaviors of Latinx-owned businesses, and we plan to use advanced analytics to segment the Latinx-owned business population, develop specific recommendations for achieving full potential, and calculate the economic benefit to the US economy of closing existing gaps.
Bain actively supported the start-up and launch of The Asian American Foundation (TAAF) this year.
We are now working with TAAF on joint research on the state of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in corporate America, supporting TAAF’s effort to raise money from corporates and foundations, and launching additional research into belonging, support, and trust among corporate employees.
We have a decades-long track record of pro bono support for organizations that work for LGBTQ equality around the world, including GLAAD and Lambda Legal.
Currently, our US BGLAD team is participating in the TENT x HRC LGBTQ refugee mentorship program, and we will expand our participation to Europe when the program launches in that region.
In Brazil, we have also developed training and mentorship programs for LGBTQ nongovernmental organizations to amplify their impact for LGBTQ Brazilians.
We continue to collaborate with other organizations to promote racial equity and social justice around the globe.
This includes supporting the UK-based Youth Employment Partnership Fund, which aims to invest in supporting and scaling organizations that are working to address Black, Asian, and minority ethnic youth employment.
