continue to stand up for broader positive systemic change within the communities in which we operate.
be a leader within our industry in hiring applicants from diverse backgrounds for all roles and at all levels of the firm by significantly evolving how we source, identify, and evaluate candidates;
work toward global leadership representation that mirrors our workforce population in all our markets—in North America, this includes an explicit goal to triple our Black leadership team by 2023, with representation in every office;
define our core people development processes, including our performance assessment and promotion processes, to ensure equitable outcomes;
enable all of us as leaders, team members, and colleagues to embed DEI more deeply into our everyday actions;
invest in the continuing evolution of our learning and development programs to educate each other, and invest in a formal allyship program
to provide clear ways in which we can support each other, partnering with external experts to provide training and expertise;
reexamine how we structure and manage our affinity groups, with a focus on intersectionality and continually enhancing support opportunities; and
