In 2023, we deepened our relationship with our core partners (Impetus,
SBT and Ark) and engaged new organisations, supported by more than 10 full-time project teams. For example, we supported the creation of Greater Share (a new philanthropic investment model to generate funding for high-impact education NGOs) and brought together a multi-stakeholder coalition to launch guidance to support teachers in adopting ChatGPT.
In 2023 we extended our relationships with and support for organisations we’ve worked with over the past few years: Carbon Disclosure Project, Clean Air Fund and Kew Royal Botanical Gardens. We also expanded our reach to support the World Business Council for Sustainable Development and the Consumer Goods Forum. Altogether we ran 5 full-time, pro-bono projects.
It’s always energising to see the impact and energy Bain teams can bring to these organisations.
This year, we continued our work to advance racial and socialequity in the UK together with our core partners Business in the Community (BITC) and the Black Talent Charter. We supported these organisations
to tackle issues such as inclusivity in the workplace.
In 2023, we continued our work across a range of part-time & full-time projects and volunteering initiatives – including working with UNHCR on their corporate donor and partnership strategies, and supporting Project Baala (provider of menstrual hygiene education and products in India). As in previous years, we also had several Bainies complete externships at the
UN World Food Programme.
