We anticipate that our community will be very busy with new residents moving in, so please be considerate of others when parking any moving trucks on the premises. Refrain from parking on sidewalks, grass, or in marked handicapped spaces or yellow lines, and please do not block parked cars.

Your first monthly installment and applicable deposits are due before you pick up your keys. Keys will not be issued without payment. We encourage that online payments be made, or checks are mailed in advance of arrival to expedite the move-in process.

If you notice or experience any maintenance issues during move-in, please add them to your move-in inspection form. A work order will automatically be created by our team and can be managed by logging into the Resident Portal.
• Private leases are required to have their own renter’s insurance policy. Joint leases can have all resident names listed on the policy or they can choose to have their own individual policies.
• If you prefer, you can also upload a copy of a third-party Insurance so long as it is $100,000 in personal liability and states your full name and your Aspire 349 address.
• Residents who elect not to provide their own insurance are automatically opted into our Insurance and will be billed $12/month as a Risk Mitigation Fee.

• Renter’s Insurance is required throughout the resident’s lease and needs to be secured before move-in. Each resident is responsible for uploading the policy into the Resident Portal and ensuring the policy remains active.
To purchase insurance:

• Click "Get Renter's Insurance"

Bulk trash from move-in should be taken directly
to the trash compactor by the mailboxes. Residents
can also utilize valet trash services Sunday-Thursday for smaller bagged trash. All trash must be placed in a kitchen garage bag and placed inside the designated bin between 5pm-7pm and will be picked up between 7pm and 9am. Bins should be brought inside by 11am. Trash bags that are left in the hallway and not placed inside the designated bin will result in a $25 trash violation per bag.

Residents are not permitted to have a guest stay past 2 consecutive days and no more than 4 days a month. If this happens, please notify the Leasing Office.

If you have a 'no pets' preference, all roommates are required to provide written consent to a pet living in apartment prior to the pet being registered at the community and before pet can be brought to the premises.

Please put in a work order through your Resident Portal detailing which keys will need to be replaced. Before picking up your replacement keys, all charges associated with the replacement must be paid.

We offer a roommate mediation program through our Leasing Office. If there are issues between roommates that cannot be resolved, residents may be able to transfer as rooms are available. A transfer fee will apply. Please contact the Leasing Office for more information.

Aspire 349 will not remove the furniture in your furnished unit. You can remove it and store it at your own cost during your stay with Aspire 349 and return all furniture back to the unit when you move out.

UTILITIES
• Residents will automatically be set up with a Conservice account and will receive an email from Conservice to setup and manage your account.
• Residents are allotted a $30 monthly credit per resident towards electricity. Any overage would be split evenly and charged back to the residents. If the charges are under $30 per resident, each resident will receive a credit back for the difference. A monthly $3.75 admin fee is also charged each month per person.

• Connect via Ethernet
• Locate Ethernet wall jacks* throughout the units. Plug one end of the Ethernet cable into the wall jack and the other end into your computer or device. Once plugged in, you should be automatically connected. Residents are responsible to bring their own ethernet cord. (*available in select units)
• Connect via wireless connection
• On your device, search wireless networks. Click on the wireless network that corresponds with your unit to connect to it.
• When prompted, enter the apartment specific password provided upon move-in.
• Water and Sewage are included in your rent.
