Welcome
The Outdoor Media Awards are celebrating a landmark year - our 20th anniversary - and what better way to mark two decades of creativity, innovation and excellence in Out of Home advertising than by celebrating the very best work in the industry. This year’s theme, “Moments that stand the test of time,” feels especially fitting for such a milestone. It recognises the campaigns that do more than simply appear in the real world - they capture attention, influence culture, spark conversation and create those unforgettable “Did you see that?” moments. The OMAs continue to champion the power of OOH as both a Platform for Brands and a Platform for Good, celebrating work that delivers creative impact, strategic brilliance, measurable effectiveness and meaningful social value. And, as the awards remain RECMA certified, they continue to play an important role in recognising excellence across the wider media industry. We were delighted to receive more than 260 submissions this year from advertisers, agencies, charities, councils and landlord partners. A huge thank you to everyone who entered - we know just how much time, effort and passion goes into every submission. Our judges had the incredibly tough task of narrowing those entries down to a shortlist of 65, before selecting 12 Gold winners across four categories: Planning Excellence, Creative, Effectiveness and a Platform for Good. This year also marks just over 12 months since Bauer Media Outdoor became firmly part of Bauer Media. Together, we continue to create even more opportunities for brands to connect with audiences across the UK, combining the strength of Out of Home with Bauer’s wider audio and publishing portfolio. Read on to discover this year’s winners, including our 2026 Grand Prix winner, who will receive a prize pot of £150,000 in digital media value to spend with Bauer Media Outdoor. See you next year… Aimee & Mark

These insights led to the creation of four bespoke, interactive experiential billboards, each tailored to its unique location. This hyper-local, personalised OOH campaign rewarded prospects with tailored rewards while supporting local businesses. By applying audience data to both planning and execution, the campaign increased Amex brand consideration and drove Gold Card applications.

Transport for London – Santander Cycles WPP Media OOH / DOOH.com / Wavemaker / VCCP Transport for London and Santander Cycles used data to provide real-time information through OOH when Londoners needed confidence at the point of travel. Using TfL data, dynamic digital posters near docking stations showed how many bikes were available, how far away they were and where to find them, updated every minute. This applied live data directly within media at the moment of decision, addressing visibility and availability challenges. The result was immediate behaviour change, generating thousands of incremental hires in activated areas, with further incremental hires projected over time.
