At the beach in Siesta Key, FL, Austin proposed as the sun set on the beach, starting the next chapter.
After a 2 hour phone call, we decided to meet in person at a used music/book store. Then grabbed dinner nearby.
After weeks of anticipation, Austin asked Charlotte to be his girlfriend at a drive-in movie, sealed with a first kiss.
The chemistry was clear from the start. We both knew this was something special and we had found our soulmate.
We traveled to Pigeon Forge for Valentine's Day and Dallas in March for a concert, making us itch to travel more in the future.

Olivia McDonnold
Maid of Honor, Charlotte's Sister
Olivia loves hiking, animals, and working with kids. She currently works at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta as a Child Life Specialist. Her fiance works for CHOA as well, but they met working at a children's summer camp for CHOA!
Alaina Lyle
Bridesmaid, Austin's Sister
Alaina loves art, photography, and music. Growing up, Austin and Alaina loved to play the piano and guitar together while singing favorite songs. She works for a local church as a graphic designer and puts together all their visuals for services each week.
Elaina Baaklini
Bridesmaid, Charlotte's College Roommate
Elaina and Charlotte met freshmen year of college and lived together sophomore year. They enjoy craft nights, plants, and all things Taylor Swift. Elaina is a Pharmacist in the Atlanta area.
David Elliott
Best man, Austin's Best Friend
David was the first friend Austin made when he moved to Georgia 15 years ago from Orlando, Florida. They have spent many years rooting for the Orlando Magic, discussing Star Wars movies, and having game nights.
Jayson Lyle
Groomsman, Austin's Brother-in-Law
Jayson joined the Blankenship family in 2024. He enjoys playing video games and talking all things Star Wars with Austin. Jayson works for a local university as a recruiter.
Riley Wingo
Groomsman, Austin's Friend
Riley first met Austin in youth group at church. They later worked together for several years and would spend time at work discussing deep life questions. Riley enjoys playing basketball and spending time with his wife and cat, Cookie.

We are so grateful and blessed to have so many friends and family in our corner cheering us on and covering us in prayer. We love each and every one of you and are so humbled that you are taking time out of your own lives to be with us as witnesses to our covenant in marriage. Each of you hold such a special place in our hearts and we couldn't imagine starting this next chapter of our journey without you.
