We’re developing a robust responsible sourcing program that will ultimately help us ensure a substantial majority of our suppliers have sustainability-focused values and commitments that align with ours, and that they are taking action to reduce their own environmental impact.

We’re evolving our travel policy to include environmental considerations, including examining the frequency, necessity and method of travel. We’re working with our travel partners on sustainable travel and hospitality programs, and are making travel more transparent, empowering our people to make more responsible decisions about when and how they travel.

We work with our suppliers to reuse, rehome or recycle our furniture and electronic assets that are no longer needed. We participate in various resale, buyback, refurbishment, e-recycling and donation programs. Whether through resale, donation to community and non-profit organizations, or recycling programs, sustainability is always the primary goal.
