If a Request Item is returned, the files attached did not satisfy the request. Reach out to your BDO contact or look for a comment for more information.
The BDO Global Portal supports files up to 2 GB. Large files could experience some latency. BDO recommends using a fixed internet connection when transferring large files.
BDO recommends Googles Chrome browser, however other browsers are supported.
You can control the Notifications you receive in your Profile page. Click on the icon in the top right-hand corner, My Profile, then select Notification Preferences.
Click on the Tasks link and find your open Request Items. Drag and drop your files into each Request Item. Once files are attached, click the Deliver button.
What is the difference between a Portal & a Project?
The BDO Global Portal is specific to each client. The Projects within the Portal represent each engagement.
Why is there a Microsoft header in BDO Global Portal?
Some features are supported by Microsoft because the BDO Global Portal runs on Microsoft Sharepoint.
