We are further developing our purpose-driven social impact strategy with new and enhanced programs building on our longstanding corporate social responsibility program, BDO Counts.
We know that a commitment to sustainable business extends beyond our office walls and across our entire value chain. We expect our suppliers to employ responsible and ethical practices in their operations, and we are putting into place a responsible sourcing program that will help ensure that we work with strategic partners who not only share the same values, but who are also taking meaningful action to operate in an environmentally and socially responsible manner.

Exceptional client service requires an exceptional commitment to integrity, responsibility and accountability. To oversee our efforts, we’ve thoughtfully assembled an ESG leadership team, comprised of senior leaders across the firm with a deep understanding of who we are as a company, and who are passionate about our commitment to sustainability. In 2021, we established the ESG Center of Excellence, which manages BDO’s internal sustainability strategy and sustainability services strategies.
