As a tenant in more than 85 office buildings, we regularly consider sustainability in our real estate strategy, office site selection, and construction practices. We actively engage with our building managers, brokers, architects, and construction vendors on topics like space optimization, energy, water and waste management, and sustainable sourcing and selection of materials to help reduce the emissions associated with our offices.

Our sustainability strategies are overseen by a Sustainability Leadership Team, comprised of senior leaders across the firm with a deep understanding of our business and who are passionate about our commitment to sustainability.
