We expect our suppliers to employ responsible and ethical practices in their operations, and we are putting into place a responsible sourcing program focused on three key areas: supplier qualification, supplier monitoring and supplier engagement. These actions will help ensure that we work with companies who not only share the same values, but who are also taking meaningful action to operate in an environmentally and socially responsible manner.

We are actively engaging with our building managers, brokers, architects and construction vendors on topics like space optimization, energy, water and waste management, and sustainable sourcing and selection of materials to help reduce the emissions associated with our offices.

Our sustainability strategies are overseen by a Sustainability & ESG Leadership Team, comprised of senior leaders across the firm with a deep understanding of our business and who are passionate about our commitment to sustainability.
