We’ve long believed that people do their best work when they can be their best selves, so we’ve put in place programs that enable our people to do just that – from our flexible work culture to a focus on well-being, we continue to invest in cultivating a culture where everyone is respected, empowered and valued.

We are on this purpose-driven journey together and continuously finding new ways to help our clients thrive.
In the spirit of giving and gratitude, we have once again made a contribution on behalf of the BDO family and clients to Feeding America — the largest hunger-relief organization in the United States.
Through BDO Counts professionals across the country exemplified what it means to help others thrive as they gardened, sorted and packed food, socialized dogs, cleaned beaches, raised funds and more, coming together to support organizations in our local communities.

Knowledge = power, so flex those brain muscles! Prioritize your passions and inject more joy into your life. Register for a course online, subscribe to an educational video or podcast series, or find a new mentor who can encourage your curiosity and teach you about something you have always wanted to know.

Technology is great but can easily consume our free time. Do you wake up in the middle of the night and check your email? Do you feel like you’re always on? Challenge yourself to shut down the laptop and put the cell phone on DND for a weekend so that you can recharge your inner self and avoid burnout!
Unplug for 48hrs

The simple act of giving thanks can significantly, and positively, impact your life and those around you! Start a gratitude journal, mail handwritten thank you cards, or make more appreciation posts on your social platform of choice, and don’t forget to make this a practice in both your personal and professional lives.
Give thanks year round

Volunteering for a cause you're passionate about can be rewarding in many ways and can take a variety of forms. From donation drives to cleanup efforts, to donating your talents or
skills – there are many ways to get involved. Research organizations in your area and see where you can make an impact.

With the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we may forget to hit the pause button and take a moment for ourselves. Self-care may be a simple small act focused on your own well-being or making space to celebrate a personal accomplishment. Taking time for self-care is so important as it puts you in a better position to care for, lead and work with others.
