Informed by female leaders at Becker’s and speakers from Memorial Hermann, UChicago Medicine, Geisinger and other leading systems, this forum is designed to empower meaningful peer-to-peer dialogue about gender equity in the workplace and women’s advancement. Join us for sessions packed with ideas, best practices and guidance on what works to further gender equity in the workplace and what well-intentioned efforts fall short. The eight female leaders featured will share their perspectives for a variety of fields, including talent and HR, strategy and clinical affairs.
