The Bell 505 B1.3 Field maintenance course is two weeks This course covers description, function, operation and field maintenance tasks required to maintain the Helicopter airworthiness Classroom and/or shop work in the following areas will be covered: system descriptions, airframe systems, equipment, fuel system/hydraulic system, structures, main rotor/main rotor drive system, tail rotor/tail rotor drive system, rotor flight controls, electrical system, and powerplant installation and rigging as related to the airframe
