Sid is a prime example of First in Service at the firm. He most recently assisted the Marketing and Business Development team with creating a macro for their pitch and proposal process. This macro streamlined the proofreading process and allowed for a less time-consuming task for the team. This project allowed our Marketing and Business Development team to provide more accurate, polished and professional pitches and proposals to give to our clients and prospects. Sid's dedicated work to the firm and our clients earned him this Service Star Award.
Lidia demonstrates First in Service every day. She consistently mentors and makes herself available to provide her knowledge, support, and guidance to young associates at the firm. Lidia has gone above and beyond in making sure young associates get noticed for the work they complete, are getting substantive drafting or advising experiences for clients, and are interacting with different attorneys across the firm to build their network. She prioritizes the growth of the associates of the firm and establishes strong relationships with them, earning her this Service Star Award.

This group epitomizes what it means to Be Benesch. Ashton, Danielle, Liz and Noemi all assisted with several complicated, last-minute, deadline-driven projects, helping with the production of evidence to support a case in El Salvador. Each contributed to document preparation, certification, notarization, legalization by Apostille, and hand off to couriers for delivery in San Salvador. They accomplished these tasks all on a moment's notice, deftly maneuvering through unexpected hurdles. This group exceeded expectations and went above and beyond to complete this task, earning them this Service Star Award.
We congratulate all of our winners on their well-deserved honor and thank them for providing top-quality service!
Thank you also to those who have taken the time to submit a Service Star nomination as it’s important to acknowledge the hard work of our team. If you see an individual or team that demonstrates an exemplary level of service to our clients or to one another, we want to hear about it so they have an opportunity to be recognized for their efforts in helping us achieve our common purpose. Individual nominations received are eligible for the month of submission and the two months immediately following and team nominations are eligible for the quarter in which they are submitted.
