Fi epitomizes what it means to Be Benesch. Recently, a client notified our team on a Monday afternoon that they needed to file an emergency motion, in a nine to 10 figure dispute that the client has with a major supplier. Under incredibly challenging circumstances, Fi worked all day and deep into the night on Tuesday to turn around a draft. In light of the circumstances that Fi was facing, while also working on another major project, he rose to the occasion and found a way to get the job done. He illustrates what it means to put the client first and exceed expectations, earning him this Service Star award.
Heather demonstrates First in Service every day. She is always stepping up to assist others, even when she has a full workload managing her timekeepers. Heather takes on considerable responsibility in the Columbus office, including assisting with organizing office events which help foster a positive work environment focused on team spirit and camaraderie. She establishes strong relationships with those around her and her work product is always exceeding expectations. Heather embodies what it means to Be Benesch, earning her this Service Star award.
