Q: What is BET Experience?
BET Experience is where Culture’s Biggest Night becomes Culture’s Biggest Week! Taking place June 26-30, 2024
in Los Angeles. BET Experience is full of events that bring together thousands of music lovers, jam-packed with entertaining performances that will feature some of the world’s biggest and brightest stars. This year, our free fan favorite, BETX Fan Fest will include two music and podcast stages, Celebrity Basketball Game, Black on the Block vendor village, style and beauty area, roller skating rink, Kids Zone, and more.
Q: If I don't buy a BET Fan Fest General Admission ticket, are there still events that I can attend?
You can attend BETX Fan Fest for free. To attend, you will need to register. Register for Fan Fest.
Q: Why have the event in L.A.?

Q: Are wristbands required for the BET Experience?
Yes. Wristbands will be distributed to registered guests upon arrival.
Q: If I buy a ticket to one concert, does that entitle me to all concerts and events?
No, buying a ticket to one concert does not entitle you access to all concerts and events. You do, however, have the option of purchasing tickets to multiple shows, or you may purchase a VIP package which will grant you access to multiple ticketed events. Purchase tickets and VIP packages.

Q: Will there be a place for me to get information and updates about BET Experience activities if I’m around?
Yes, information and updates will be made available through the BETX mobile app. On site, ticket holders can gain entry and receive information and updates at information desks located throughout the BET Experience.
Q: Are there any age-restricted events?
Yes, select VIP-only events and select Fan Fest events will be restricted to ticket holders over 21 years old.
Q: Can I hop between BET Fan Fest events going on at the same time?
Yes, but you may lose your position in line or the crowd when you leave.
Q: How can I volunteer for the BET Experience?
BET does not engage volunteers for BET Experience.
Q: When do doors open?
Doors will open at 12pm PT on Friday, June 28, 2024.
Q: What is your smoking policy?
Smoking is prohibited within the Los Angeles Convention Center but smokers can find designated smoking areas outside the venue.
Q: What is the alcohol policy?
Minimum age for purchase/consumption is 21 years of age. Photo ID with birthdate required.
Q: Will there be food options to purchase inside the event?
Yes, a variety of dining options are available.
Q: Why should I buy a VIP package?
BET Experience VIP packages, available in limited quantity, are the only way to receive exclusive insider access to everything that’s happening ahead of BET Awards 2024. A VIP package includes a ticket for BET Awards — Diamond, Platinum, and Gold Packages include the best seats in the house. Diamond VIP packages also include a BET Awards Red Carpet experience, VIP entrance to all events, VIP parking upon request June 26-30, bites and cocktails in the Crypto.com Arena lounge, and much more! Q: What airport should I fly into?
We recommend that you fly into Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Be advised that construction is underway,
so consider building in extra time coming into and spending extra time upon landing at LAX.
Q: Do ticket packages come with hotel accommodations?
No, event tickets and VIP packages do not include hotel rooms.
Q. How can I travel from my hotel to BET Experience?
There are various options depending on your location. The L.A. Convention Center is accessible via public transportation. If you rent a car, parking is available. Prices vary. Taxis and car service apps are also available.
Q: How much is parking and where do I park near the L.A Convention Center?
We recommend using the South Hall Parking at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Parking rates are available

Q: How do I attend the 2024 BET Awards?
You can gain access to the 2024 BET Awards by purchasing one of the three available VIP Packages (Diamond, Platinum or Gold). Get your VIP Package.
