Of course, during this time – it starts with the safety protocols you ensured I followed when I came to bkm. Your upbeat personality and engaging personal style meant it was very easy to convey what I was looking for; and you knew the inventory very well. As you presented several chairs in which to select from – you were quick to point out all the positive features, adjustments and also considerations (as I am more a petite person). We settled on the Leap Chair and then proceeded to select fabric/color options. Initially, the fabric I selected was not available; but with your “can do” attitude you immediately reached out to other suppliers and in short order I received, via FedEx, other sample to select from. You were always attentive to my emails sent and followed up timely. I wished I could have given you a larger order, but we closed our offices are all are now working remotely, otherwise you would be my FIRST CHOICE for an Account Manager.

"This place carries Steelcase. That's the headline. With the Covid lockdown I had to schedule an appointment via email to get in but everyone there was very nice. Dillon let me try out every office chair and walked me through the features of each. Once I'd decided what I wanted we went through the options, he even brought out various fabirc swatches to help me decide on the color. He then brought me a price breakdown for three different build of options. The price was lower than everywhere I looked online, even during black friday. I was blown away. I placed my order and Dillon has been keeping me updated each step of the way and I only bought one chair! bkm OfficeWorks has thoroughly impressed me and I know they'll take amazing care of you, go there and get some great office furniture."
