Jennifer Evans
President of Design & Development, bkm OfficeWorks
Jennifer has over 17 years’ experience in the contract furnishings landscape here in San Diego. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from CSU, Stanislaus, with an emphasis in Marketing, and a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from the Design Institute of San Diego. As the President of Design and Development at bkm Officeworks, Jennifer leads her team in using research-inspired design to create spaces that perform for business needs and enhance the office experience through strategic space-planning, furniture, technology, and design, while aiming to deliver an impressive client experience.
Alison Luksetich
Director of FRINGE, bkm OfficeWorks
Alison has 10 years of experience in the Design field, with time split between an Architecture Firm and contract furnishings. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and Minor in Entrepreneurial Studies from Iowa State University. As the A+D Creative Consultant and Director of FRINGE at bkm Officeworks, Alison aims to differentiate the design process through packaging, experience, curation and execution. With a passion for holistic interior design, she uses her expertise to help clients develop their brand stories and envision what their spaces can become through careful design considerations.
Angela Ryan, Director, Interior Architecture and Design at Ware Malcomb, possesses over 17 years of architecture and interior design experience. Angela earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Design from the University of Missouri in Columbia. Angela holds certifications from the California Council for Interior Design – Commercial Designation (CID-C), the Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification (EDAC), and the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ). Since joining the firm in 2016, Angela has led over 500 projects for Ware Malcomb's San Diego office. She manages the firm's second-largest Interior Architecture & Design Studio out of the company's 27-office platform spread across the Americas. Her experience includes a variety of project types including office, healthcare, education, and hospitality projects, among others. Angela also served as the past International Interior Design Association (IIDA) Southern California Chapter President for 2019-2020. She actively participates in several industry and nonprofit organizations including establishing the Emerging Leaders Program for the IIDA Southern California chapter.

Rachel brings over 17 years of diverse experience to her current role with a high focus on strategically leveraging the workplace to enable the best work outcomes. She brings broad experience leading insight-led engagements with clients in a variety of industries across the Americas which today focuses heavily on hybrid and activity-based work. With past roles providing distribution strategy consulting, internal restructuring, and leading new business innovation efforts, a deep understanding of business drivers and process and change management help Rachel bring a holistic approach to customers. She uses her expertise to help customers strategically link people, space, technology, and work processes to measurably improve business results. Rachel and her family currently live in Dallas, Texas where she oversees a team of consultants in the Western and Southeast regions of the United States and Mexico.

Tiffany English is Senior Director, Architecture for Qualcomm Incorporated. Qualcomm is the world’s leading technology innovator. Tiffany’s role at Qualcomm is oversight of the company’s architectural, interior design, space planning, facilities planning, lab planning, and MEP engineering teams globally. Tiffany has over 25 years of industry experience and has overseen, designed, and managed over 10 million square feet of projects for commercial real estate and Fortune 500 clients. Tiffany has won various industry awards; most recently, she was recognized by GlobeSt’s Real Estate Women of Influence 2021, 2020 Best Bosses, The Daily Transcript as a 2019 Influential Woman Honoree, and Real Estate Forum as a 2019 Woman of Influence. Additional recognitions over the past year include San Diego Business Journal’s Most Influential Business Leaders List and Outstanding Women in Construction and Design.
