A Case Study
Longfellow
Centerpark Amenity Space
About the CLIENT
Longfellow is a real estate investment company that partners with renowned universities and pioneering life science and technology companies to bring visionary ideas to life. Their latest building, Centerpark, is located in Sorrento Mesa, San Diego. Centerpark is an entirely new type of workspace and all about connections. It's integrated design connects the indoors to the outdoors, it's open spaces connect tenants with each other, and its generous amenities connect work with “real life”. The dynamic, naturally enhanced campus uplifts the surrounding industrial neighborhood as a beacon of innovation, a place where tenants can grow, and an inviting space to generate community.
project overview
The bkm furniture and technology design teams collaborated closely with Longfellow and various partners to plan, create, and source a comprehensive range of indoor/outdoor furniture and technology elements for a fresh tenant amenity area. This space encompassed diverse features, such as a Poke restaurant, fitness center, and luxurious lounge areas, all strategically designed to enhance the appeal of Longfellow Real Estate Partners' development and attract new tenants. Our primary objective was to deliver a design that seamlessly merged functionality with aesthetics, enabling tenants to completely engage with and enjoy the space.
