AERP selected a Counterflow Super Screen to separate their material. The counterflow option allowed AERP to screen double the material in half the footprint required by the competition.
BM&M's application experience in the rubber application ensured maximum results by including ball decks to eliminate blinding. Speed, stroke and slope were customized to meet AERP's screening specifications.

As Alberta's largest tire recycler, AERP's challenge was to team with a screening expert to reliably separate their growing volume of near-sized rubber crumb products - on a small footprint.
AERP products are found in materials and installations around the world. By redirecting over 15,000 tons of used tires away from landfills annually, AERP converts them into safe, fall-absorbent rubber crumb for use in playgrounds, sports fields, roofing products and even Olympic venues.
