MEET 2 STYLISTS
WHO ARE EARNING “LIFE-CHANGING” MONEY
For stylist and educator Bobbi DeBerard, it started with a search for a new hair color line for her salon. “I knew exactly what I was looking for,” she says. “I came across Jack Winn on social media and started reading about his commitment to ingredients. He had me at pharmaceutical grade and botanical bases! I fell in love with that philosophy. I ordered the entire kit and I’ve never looked back. It’s the artistic tool I was always searching for.”
And as it turns out, Jack Winn Pro also offered a business tool that changed DeBerard’s life.
Jack Winn Stylists receive commission every time a client or another stylist purchases a product.
SO WHO IS JACK WINN?
Are you struggling to keep products in stock? Here’s a message from Jack Winn about his company’s solutions to the supply chain crisis.
The namesake behind this new company is a hairstylist, platform artist, educator, chemist and former salon owner who decided his fellow stylists needed a new way to work and a new way to earn.
First he set about to create a range of color, care and styling products that causes pros and clients alike to swoon. “I think my clients would leave me if I tried to switch product lines,” says Miller. “They can see and feel the difference Jack Winn Pro has made on their hair. Thanks to ingredients like the aloe that’s in the hair color to protect the scalp, this product line really stands out. The ingredients are better, and the products are better.”
JOIN THE JW FAM
Running a business can be lonely at times, but with Jack Winn Pro, Miller and DeBerard have not only found prosperity, they’ve found a family. “The Jack Winn community kept me going,” remembers DeBerard. “When we moved, I had walked out of a salon with 24 hairdressers and into a small space with two people. I was 47 years old, starting over in a small town. I was lonely and terrified. But the support, education and inspiration from my extended Jack Winn family helped me rebuild stronger than ever.”
Miller agrees. “The education and community reignited my fire, and I am passionate about my work again. As a result, my business has grown so much, I cannot even take new clients. And I love the connections I’ve formed with so many other Jack Winn Pro artists!”
“Sometimes I can’t wrap my brain around the extraordinary opportunity that Jack has given us,” says DeBerard. “This man created a company with blood, sweat and tears and then handed much of that company over to the hairdressers. He gave us the power to build a different future because he loves hairdressers and believes it’s the right thing to do.”

UNLIMITED COMMISIONS
Tracy Miller, owner of Tracy Miller Innovations in Yukon, OK with company founder Jack Winn
Wondering about the difference between affiliate programs and commission programs?
This expert breaks it down.
It all hit home when DeBerard decided to leave her salon and start fresh in a new state. “About four months after I started using Jack Winn, my husband and I moved from Southern California to Austin, TX,” says DeBerard. “He is a barber, and I am a stylist. We both had to build our clientele from scratch, and it was freaking scary. We had kids to feed and no idea what the future held. But thanks to my work with the Jack Winn brand, I was already getting a commission check every month. That check paid my salon rent in my new hometown and gave me the breathing room I needed to restart my business.”
DeBerard discovered that Jack Winn Pro offers ongoing commission to stylists when they sell products to their clients. They also offer ongoing commission when fellow pros purchase products from Jack Winn Stylists. The key word here is “ongoing.” Stylists don’t merely receive commission one time, as is the case with affiliate programs like Amazon. They receive commission every time a client or another stylist purchases a product. Bottom line? Stylists are never cut out of the equation.
RETIREMENT? NO WORRIES!
“I was 40 years old,” she shares, “and like most hairdressers, I didn’t have a retirement account, which I stressed about constantly. With Jack Winn Pro’s opportunity to earn commission I thought ‘What better way to earn additional income for retirement than sharing a product I love with other stylists?’ Now I’m able to put money into my retirement account without having to work more hours and without missing out on time with my family.”
Tracy Miller of Yukon, Ok also found financial relief with Jack Winn Pro. After 15 years as a stylist, she was tired and looking for something to reawaken her passion for hair. In 2018, she discovered Jack Winn Pro at a hair show. She purchased an introductory kit, fell in love with the products and decided to go deeper. Doing so changed everything.

DOING BUSINESS THE WINN WAY
Get ready for some straight talk on the financial realities of being an educator from
Bobbi DeBerard.
The additional income from selling Jack Winn Pro can range anywhere from a few hundred extra dollars a month to cover date night or the electric bill, to thousands of dollars that can truly change your lifestyle. There are bonuses if you build teams, if you become an educator and if you reach certain sales levels.
So how does it work? If you want to sell Jack Winn Pro products, the company provides you with a website, and you can give clients and fellow stylists a log-in for that site. From that point forward, you are credited with every purchase made through your website, and you earn commission on those purchases. “While my retail sales have always been decent, now I sell a product line that my clients can only get from me,” says Miller. “Thanks to my efforts on social media, I also earn money from non-clients whose stylists don’t use or sell Jack Winn Pro. Earning commission from someone who isn’t even a client? That’s free income!”
Next Winn decided it was time for a new pro beauty business model. “I went on a mission to improve the lives of stylists,” he explains. “I’ve seen them shortchanged by an industry they love, and they deserve more from the brands they support. So we stepped in with great products, great education, great community and the opportunity to earn more. We created a commission structure to generously compensate stylists for promoting our company to other stylists through word of mouth and social media.”
