Urea Filters
As part of SCR technology, Bosch provides the Denoxtronic 2.2 dosing system which injects urea into the exhaust which interacts with the SCR catalyst to reduce the NOx emissions level. The supply module contains a main filter which filters the urea being pumped into the dosing module. The filter needs to be replaced per the manufacturers’ scheduled maintenance requirements. Along with our EGT modules, Urea Filters meet OE specifications to ensure manufacturers requirements are met.
Bosch HD Supply Modules guarantees maximum system reliability in any driving situation. The supply module is responsible for delivering urea fluid used to reduce nitrogen oxides in the exhaust system. The SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system helps vehicle manufacturers comply with current and future emission requirements. It provides precise flow rate measurement to meet EPA requirements. As with Bosch Original Equipment (OE), the supply module delivers the ideal amount of urea fluid (Diesel Exhaust Fluid or DEF) to the dosing module.
Supply Modules
The Bosch HD Dosing Module receives urea fluid from the Supply Module and introduces it into the exhaust system to lower nitrogen oxides (NOx) emission levels. Its specialized spray pattern is tailored for specific exhaust treatment concepts, ensuring optimal ammonia conversion. The module can operate at ambient temperatures of up to 400°F (200°C) and is built with a robust design to provide a longer service life.
Dosing Modules
Bosch HD Particulate Matter Sensors are responsible for monitoring the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) to detect any excessive particulate matter (PM) emissions. These sensors play a crucial role in initiating DPF regeneration at the most opportune moment to maximize fuel efficiency. By ensuring the proper functioning of your Diesel Particulate Filter, these sensors guarantee that the vehicle operates as intended. It's worth noting that the same product is used by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), underlining its reliability and quality.

HDS 250
The unit pump system (UPS) is used for commercial vehicles only. It uses a pressure pump for each cylinder. Therefore, the system also known as “pump/line/nozzle” system is closely related to the unit injector system (UIS). This system allows injection pressures of up to 2 000 bar.

Bosch’s Remanufactured Diesel Injectors are produced at the same Bosch facility as the new diesel injectors. All wearable parts and critical components are replaced with genuine Bosch parts, and the latest original equipment production technology is used.
