Matt White, a native of Jersey Shore, has a passion for cooking and all types of seafood. He worked alongside his uncle Jasper at Summer Shack for 10 years before coming to the Barking Crab as a bartender to "take a break" one summer. He was quickly recognized as a smart, hard worker with an eye for design and culinary creativity. Matt has a passion for food and his favorite summer pastime is using his grill. He creates delicious & aesthetically pleasing dishes for the Barking Crab and at home. His attention to detail in terms of overall presentation makes the Barking Crab the fun, delicious experience it is today and has been for the past 7 years. In 2012, Kevin joined forces with the owners of The Salty Pig in Boston and created its pasta program with Michael Lombardi by his side. Three years later, the team collaborated on a brand new restaurant concept, and in June 2016 opened SRV. The Venetian-style Bacaro and wine bar was an immediate success, earning a 4-star review from Boston magazine, James Beard Award nomination, and continued critical acclaim since. Now, Kevin returns home with his high school sweetheart, Sarah, and young son to open his first independent restaurant concept in Newport. Chef Julie Cutting, is the owner and Executive Chef of Cure Restaurant in Portsmouth, NH which was established in January, 2014. Cure is a 40 seat restaurant specializing in American Comfort Cuisine with an upscale twist. Since graduating Culinary School in 2005, she has trained under many talented chefs in the Seacoast area. Learning different styles of cooking from Latin to Asian and Fine Dining. She has been featured on multiple Cooking and Food Network Shows. Even filming with 2020 Presidential Candidate Julian Castro in her own kitchen this past year.
