Across India’s rapidly growing, technology-driven sectors, hybrid work has become the norm, and workplace expectations are evolving.
While hybrid routines have settled, many office environments haven’t caught up with this new change in pace. This gap is making everyday challenges around privacy, focus, and acoustic comfort more urgent than ever.
Virtual calls are common place, overlapping between colleagues – and with few hybrid ready spaces they often happening from workstations. This creates a high-sensory environment, where interruptions, background noise and lack of acoustic separation impact everyone differently.
