"Innovation is simply the drive to make some aspect of anything better for the flourishing of humankind. We all participate in innovation whether it be focused on self, family, community, employer, customers, or any other age group. At Brewer Science, a continuous improvement mindset in all aspects of our work, capabilities, interactions and yes, technology advancement from incremental improvements to new breakthroughs, brings great value to the customer and industries we serve. Though I typically work on long-range product R&D, what amazes me most at Brewer Science is the innovation over the last decade in manufacturing, quality, and customer service excellence. These areas if innovation and industry leadership are foundational to both our customer's and our success and provide the flourishing of all involved."
